Having suffered with pain in my shoulders and neck for sometime I went to see Kevin. He came highly recommended to me and I wasn’t disappointed! He explained what the issue was and after one treatment along with some follow on exercises at home I was finally pain free!

A fantastic experience- Kev was friendly, professional and made me feel welcome and comfortable within minutes of meeting him.
Kev was thorough in his assessment and explained everything he did as he went along.
After an assessment, a massage and some treatment including accupuncture and EMS, I can honestly say- there is a noticeable improvement in my pain today.

My experience with Kev was fantastic, he is extremely professional and very good at what he does. He listened to my explanation of where I injured myself and set up a plan accordingly. Definitely recommend if you've any kind of injury.
Been back several times now, mostly just for maintenance on injured area, but Kev always does the job.
Have never re injured the area either so proof that it works! ?

Wish I’d known about ‘Sanctuary’ sooner. Have been to other sports massage therapists in the area who haven’t been a patch on Kev. Could feel it working. He’s very knowledgeable & gives a very beneficial treatment. He’s very thorough and provides a calm environment. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Highly recommended!!! SO impressed with Kevin's professional, caring , yet very affordable treatment. On holiday in the UK recently, I was severely hampered by a Hamstring injury and fortunately found Kev at Sanctuary Sports Therapy. He is an exceptional Physiotherapist. He is very knowledgeable, empathetic and explains his diagnosis and treatment in detail. After the treatment including acupuncture, I was given a clearly illustrated Rehab Programme to follow. I contacted Kevin after having severe problems with my leg, after several visits to gp resolved nothing, I had several treatments including acupuncture which did help me a great deal.
