Would 100% recommend Salus. Susan is very professional and offers excellent and thorough advice. I’d twisted my back and was in pain, unable to stand up straight. She did a full examination and worked on me so that I felt much better after my first session. Susan gave great advice to help prevent a further episode. Brilliant. I had lower back issues a couple of times before but this time was struggling to sit and walk. I wish I'd seen Susan after the first time! I didn't know what to expect but was really surprised how much the pain eased after the first session of chiro and laser. Susan put me at ease and gave practical lifestyle changes and simple exercises to help avoid any more issues. I also opted for the magnetotherapy to help strengthen for the future and its also relieved my knee pain I've had for years. Thank you!!

Sod’s Law, one day before front standing at a three hour Bruce Springsteen concert I twisted wrong and badly damaged my lower spine. I knew it was bad so more in hope than anything else booked in for a course of treatment with Salus.

Two sessions later and I’d gone from almost unable to move to being able to make the gig, which that morning would have been a forlorn hope. Three further laser and chiro sessions later and the crippling pain has receded and the stiffness is also loosening up with the stretches and guidance given by Susan.

Exceeded my expectations to be honest and I have no hesitation in recommending Salus. So pleased I went both there and thanks to that, to the Springsteen concert 🙂

I had just booked a 4 day break away in an hotel i got up from sleep the next day ( friday ) i had so much back pain i could barely walk i managed to get in to get an appointment for mid day Susan worked her magic and by 2pm next day i was pain free , monday i went away had a great break returned friday had another session and feel even better .

I was looking for a local to me chiropractor so i googled what was in my area. I found Salus in Admiral industrial estate in Cramlington and rang the number on the website. I arranged an appointment over the phone. On the day of the appointment I tried to find the unit at the address on the website . When I couldn't I rang the number. I explained I couldn't find the unit address (in cramlington), only to be told my appointment was in the morpeth office. I explained there was no way I could get to Morpeth only to be turned upon and told I have wasted time someone else could have used. I found her attitude highly offensive as 1. She never told me my appt was in a different office. 2. My husband and myself had to take time off work - so obviously she wasnt bothered about that. 3.to me it appears she was more annoyed that she wouldn't be getting her fee for the consultation 4. I went in good faith through the website, it is not my fault this company is incompetant. Since my review the owner has updated the location.
