My own experience has not been good. Very unprofessional. There is a language barrier to understanding instructions in English. I wouldn't recommend the agency because of my experience. The carer/s are lovely ladies, and its a shame that the agency doesn't follow that through. Not professional. Not understanding, and can come accross very rude, and don't listen. As a carer agency, they fall short in the areas that need improving to get a higher star rating.

I have recieved service from salus care, their staff are very warm and welcoming they are the upmost helpful care agency towards my grand dad he enjoys their accompany. They make sure he is very comfortable before they leave which i really find very kind. The carers are very proffessional and seem to have the right training and comfortable with care that they are offering, I would highly reccomend Salus care !
