As an active hill walker and runner I have been recently transformed with Sally’s easy to learn posture training which has ultimately changed my gait for the better. I was able to walk and run over 100 miles without the previous knee and leg pains returning, and I am now both taller and more confident in my stride. Learning the Alexander technique with Sally has been a joy. The training allows me to move effortlessly on a daily basis, and by adopting better posture, it should help prevent back pain in the future.
