First time using the clinic and I had the best service that NHS has given me in years. The doctor was caring and patient, listen to me carefully and I didn't felt rushed. I can't believe how lucky I feel for going there today. Thank you.

Brought my wife to be seen as she had an infected wisdom tooth and had been vomiting non stop. The queue was the biggest I'd ever seen it, running outside all the way round the corner. When we were eventually seen we were given a prescription, this was at 19:30. I quickly went to the pharmacy at Tesco as it shuts at 20:00. However, when I got there I realised the prescription had not been signed!! This is incredible negligent and amateur, not to mention very illegal. My wife now has to spend all night in agony due to this. Absolute disgrace.

First time I have ever used this facility. I was welcomed by a very friendly receptionist. Considering it was a Bank Holiday Weekend, I was very lucky, I arrived and the waiting room was empty. I was seen immediately by a very professional doctor with lots of empathy towards me. I think this is a great facility and want to thank the team for their help today.

Wow - this place is AMAZING.

I was visiting my parents (I usually live in Plymouth), and I was faced with a problem that I needed to see a GP urgently. As I am not registered to a GP in Wiltshire anymore, I was unsure if I could use the service.

Luckily, I was allowed to walk straight in! I walked in at around 8:20PM (Wednesday 14th Feb) and I was greeted by the LOVELIEST receptionist. Both ladies were so lovely, and I was seen so quickly that I didn’t even get to see their name tags.

I waited for around 3 minutes (speediest waiting I have EVER had in the NHS, and I didn’t even book an appointment!) I was then seen by the nicest doctor ever; I have now seen on my prescription that this was Doctor Flynn. She diagnosed me very quickly, and within 5 minutes I was on the way to the out of hours pharmacy with a prescription.

This service is a true gem, and an absolute credit to our NHS. I am absolutely astonished that it was just so easy. If I were still in Plymouth, I would be waiting weeks for an appointment.

Went there with an infection in my lower jaw. I was told they dont look after dentistry problems and had to contact 111. After speaking to 111, they got a doctor to phone me, who put me back on the calling list as I needed to speak to a dentistry doctor. After finally speaking to the emergency dentist I was told unfortunately all the emergency appointments are for the morning only and if I would have phoned earlierI could have got an appointment. Guess where, the walk in centre, where I went 3 and a half hours earlier. Will now have to wait until Monday to try and see my dentist. Why couldn't have they referred me there and then at 8.30am

What a pleasant experience I’ve had at the Salisbury Walk-In Health Centre.
We were visiting from USA, and few days into our vacation, I got sick.

I needed a medical professional attention, and we were directed to this clinic.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service I’ve got, from being greeted by the receptionists, and ending with the kind and very knowledgeable young doctor.

We got even extra help from the receptionist who called a cab for us to be taken to the pharmacy and to our hotel, since it was pouring rain.

Greatest experience, thanks to the professional staff at Salisbury Walk-In Centre.

We are visiting from America and my spouse got very sick with a sinus infection that was going into her chest. She was having trouble breathing and we were very worried being so far away from home. We were welcomed here. The front desk women were amazing and so kind. The doctor helped us so quickly and gave us medicine that we needed for her to get better. They were so helpful and kind to us. They saved our vacation! Forever grateful.

Went here this evening at 8:45pm for my daughter's ear trouble. Grateful they were open. Unusually no wait this evening. Staff very professional. Helpful male doctor who gave her excellent care & advice to resolve the issue.
