Tao was recommended to me by a friend as someone who could treat arthritis. Having tried most NHS-prescribed medications with limited success I thought I would give it a go.

I was given an hour's acupressure and a little deep tissue massage.

At first I wasn't aware of much difference, but that night I slept well and the next morning I found I had far more movement in the joints and much reduced pain levels.

The benefits seemed fade slightly after a few days but I still felt better than the previous week. I went back the following week for a repeat session and now try to visit most weeks. The effects do seem to be cumulative, so I am very pleased.

The therapist who works here is quite unbelievably brilliant and is the most caring , skilful and patient I’ve ever come across She can do deep tissue , deeply relaxing , reflexology , head massage and she is wonderful at everything plus she is great value and generous with her time I doubt you will ever find anyone better
