My father in law was looked after by Safe and Sound Homecare Ltd over a period of 12 months. During this time he had great support and care from the carers four times a day who were very attentive to his needs and would contact me directly regarding any major concerns regarding his health and wellbeing.

When speaking to the office regarding issues with my FIL they were always very responsive and helpful and were happy to accommodate his changing needs. They were very supportive right up until he had no choice but to go into a care home which they were supportive of - recognising that he needed full time care.

I would highly recommend Safe and Sound to look after an elderly person in their home who needs support with washing, dressing, meals and cleaning.

The staff are very friendly and make sure my mother-in-law has everything done that she needs. She enjoys her visits from them and looks forward to seeing them. The office is always willing to listen to any concerns you might have and passes that onto the staff. Well managed and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for someone to look after their loveones

Fantastic company, deliver expert care with compassion, empathy and skill. The girls are all so friendly while maintaining their professionalism at all times. Thankyou to Safe And Sound for enabling our elderly mum to remain in her own home, a further 6 months, as her health naturally deteriorated. The carers were very kind and increased their responsibilities as mum declined. Their managers kept us informed of any issues with mum and suggested options to be enacted by mum's carers.

Very Caring Company with some excellent Staff.
Also visits are very consistent and mostly the same regular Carers which is great for old people. Especially Caring towards my Mum who has Alzheimers. What a great team.

I have had a few companies in care. But Safe and Sound is always about to help. There carers are all fully trained. All Staff treated you with respect. I am getting my independence back with the help of Safe and Sound.
