Ryfields is such a great gym, Paul who owns the gym also does PT training, which he's been doing with me, he's guided me since day 1, remained patient, come up with suitable plans to fit my goals, very flexible! This gym has a very nice friendly atmosphere, there's not a worry, unlike the bigger company gyms. They have great equipment and there's never any excuse to Start the gym, no new year new me, Start now and you'll have no regrets!

Great gym. I started Bootcamp in January this year, my nerves were immediately calmed as soon as I met Paul and the rest of the Bootcamp team. We never do the same workout twice and I always leave each session feeling a sense of achievement. All of the staff are all very friendly and make you feel very welcome. Would highly recommend!

If you want to shift some weight after 2 lockdowns this is the place to start never judged and always encouraged to try your hardest with paul... I can not thank this place enough for getting me to where i am today its not easy but im slowly getting back to who i want to be in 2021. The gym is nice and compact so never overcrowded you always book a gym slot on line so its just enough people in at one time who are always friendly, were all there for the same reason to get fit for the long term. I would of never said this time last year i love the gym but im going into 2021 saying just that. The decision i made in september to join and have paul as my personal trainer was the only good thing to happen to me in 2020.
