I was recommended pregnancy yoga at Ryecroft by my sister in law and I am SO GLAD I joined the classes. George, the instructor, is the loveliest person who creates such a special place for mamas who are all at different stages of their pregnancy. She is so good at listening to everyone and tailoring the class to what she feels is needed that evening. I really looked forward to Tuesday evenings and having that protected time for me and my baby each week. I met a group of really fabulous girls who have become my friends and we meet regularly with our babies now. Pregnancy yoga holds the most special place in heart and was a part of my pregnancy that I loved. I genuinely miss those Tuesday evenings but am looking forward to joining Mama and baby yoga in the future! Thank you so so much x

Pregnancy yoga was no doubt the best thing that I did during my pregnancy!!
George is an amazing instructor, and even though I had never done any yoga before, she helped me to learn the poses and my flexibility definitely improved. The relaxation time was so helpful and helped me bond with my daughter before she arrived.
I have met some fantastic mamas in these sessions and we continue to meet regularly now my daughter is 5 months old.

Attended the pregnancy yoga at Ryecroft and could not recommend it enough. Georgina (instructor) is fabulous and so supportive both with the yoga and the emotions you are going through. Tuesday evenings quickly became my favourite part of the week! Was a fantastic opportunity to do something to make me feel good, move my body and connect not only with my growing baby but also other mums to be. If you are thinking about giving it a go just do it, you won’t regret it.

I’ve been attending pregnancy yoga with George on Tuesday evenings at Ryecroft and it’s become such a special part of my pregnancy. I know life can get busy, but having this protected time to attend something just for you and your unborn baby to connect is so meaningful. I know I’ll look back and feel this was one of the best experiences of my pregnancy.

I’m 34 weeks pregnant now and still attending, and I plan to continue until my baby is born. I always sleep so much better on Tuesday nights after class! George is so warm and welcoming, and it’s also great to connect with other mums going through the same experience.

Thank you George for making this time so special!

Attended pregnancy yoga and it was the best thing I ever did whilst pregnant. My yoga experience was made even better with our instructor George who was so warm, caring and calming. Cannot thank her enough. The positions , breathing techniques and relaxation time to connect with baby were all tools I used during labour. 10/10 would recommend

By far the best decision I made when pregnant. A warm and nurturing environment, Ryecroft pregnancy yoga is led by the lovely and knowledgeable George. Perfect for getting rid of those pregnancy aches and pains and preparing for labour. It also gave me an irreplaceable community of mums to make early motherhood that little bit easier.
I loved it so much I came back for postnatal mum and baby yoga - both of us have had an excellent time in these sessions too.

I went to mum & baby yoga classes at Ryecroft with both my babies and I couldn’t recommend it enough to mums and mums-to-be. It was a perfect way to start my week with a good stretch, baby yoga and most importantly a chat with a cup of peppermint tea. Georgina is so knowledgeable with yoga and with being a mum ❤️

Pregnancy yoga with Georgina is keeping me going, I really felt I needed to get out of the house, be around people who are on the same journey and really take the time for myself where nothing else matters during that time. It’s the best part of my week, venting about any issues and hearing about other people’s experiences but then focusing the mind and body on the experience we are going through. I truly walk away feeling physically renewed and mentally at rest! Best decision ever! Thank you! ❤️
