I have nothing but praise for the voice therapy department. Ben is patient as explains everything thoroughly to me. I never feel I’m being rushed having voice therapy is a happy experience.

arrived late due to road diversions, however the radiographer was very rude. i was not offered a gown and with his back to me said take off your top and bra!! i said well could i have a gown at least. and he half threw it at me. i found his manner rude with no respect or dignity. i was not offered tissue to wipe off the gel and again had to ask for this., to which he replied yes help yourself but it wont stain your clothes!! hardly the point is it, going home with gel all up your neck and chest. receptionist was very nice and said she would pass on concerns as they just rent the rooms. think this man is in the wrong job, maybe work on a farm or in theatre where you do not need communication skills when under a GA. I am a registered nurse and would not dream of treating anyone like that!!!

I turned up for blood test at 1030hrs. My ticket number was 29, and the count was 97. I waited for 1hr15min and the count went up to 09. Doing the math's I would have needed to wait 3hrs 20min!!!! In my experience most other days are like this and not much better at St Mary's. Considering cancelling the blood test 🙁 🙁 :(. UPDATE - I did cancel blood test and had it done privately

Blood tests, if you are needing to have a blood test taken at the clinic imagine you are wanting tickets for a concert or sporting event that normally sells out. Even though they open at 0830 am you will need to start queuing from 0730 am. Even though the clinic opens until 1345 (only) just like a sporting event the tickets for the blood test show can be taken away at any time 2 hours before this "official" closing time. Good luck those who take on the adventure. I wouldn't be surprised to start seeing ticket touts opening up websites to start selling these tickets soon.

Light, bright, beautiful, and reassuringly welcoming! Unlike any clinic or hospital I have EVER experienced. Having had tuberculosis for 10 years as a child, and then 20+ years of almost continuous pain,from 1998 until very recently, with a "mysterious" ( according to every NHS Consiltant I saw over that LONG period!! ) spinal "problem" ( which was finally diagnosed and,via two operations, was finally "cured" - Privately, sadly!! - at the Spire in Southampton! ) I have an almost paranoid fear of hospitals!!
BUT -- and, yes, I KNOW this sounds weird, but when I walk into this wonderfully designed and created Clinic, I actually, relax! I feel comfortable and safe! Maybe it's the reception staff, or the Medical staff, or the soft pastel shades on the walls? Maybe it's the separate waiting areas - separate, and, yet, interconnected - I have no idea!! What I DO know, for certain, is that this is the most incredibly designed and staffed "Medical Centre" I have ever experienced, and, believe me ( and apologies if this sounds in any way egotistic! ) coming from someone with my history with hospitals of all kinds -- that's a REAL recommendation!!

Missing the old Swanmore service. The 7:30 AM opening time for blood tests ment that one could have breakfast afterward AND make it to work on time. I’m sitting here now, it’s after 9 and they haven’t called one person yet. One couple has just given up and left.

Too much waiting, it was much better before, at the old address, in addition there is a heat with this Plexiglas roof. No air conditioning. Too hot !
