Absolutely cannot fault this surgery. It's easy to get an appointment, they are really on top of their admin, staff are polite and helpful. Must surely be the best in Yeovil? So glad I chose them when I moved back here in 2023 to care for my mum.

My son just tried to get an appointment for his 4 year old at this surgery to see the GP for a cough that has been going for over 6 months. They told him the only appointment they had is the 28th of May! 2 weeks to see a child. I can't imagine how long it would an adult, a month!!!! Unbelievable!

I am new to this surgery. I have tried to get a follow up appointment, and they make an appointment 2 ahead, which is no good, when you have pain which keeps you awake at night. I have never experienced this before at any surgery, except Ryalls.

Horrific! Beyond terrible! I was with this practice for over 20 years! It has only been since the last 18 months that this practice went down hill.

To start with the receptionists are beyond a joke now, they are rude, aggressive, they alter appointments last minute then blame the patient. They fail to call you back with an appointment and then when you chase it up they deny you even called.

The registered GPs are incompetent, I can't go into it too much right now as I've been advised not mention to much until the paperwork is done on our end.

I tried to make an in house complaint they refused to accept it (illegal) I then made a second complaint which they took and sat on for 8 weeks. Only to completely gaslight me.

Avoid like the plague, will update later

Unfortunately I'm going to have to downgrade from 5*star to 2*star.
Since I've been told Dr Annie garten-kane has left this surgery it's been a nightmare. I saw Dr Kumar and I felt like he didn't want to listen to me whatsoever, I've been seriously unwell, bed bound because of severe dizziness and going unconscious for 8months being rushed to hospital via ambulance like 20 times and with Dr Annie garten-kane I felt like I was getting somewhere but now with Dr Kumar I'm not, I asked him to write a expeditie letter for cardiology and do referral for a colonoscopy and he totally ignored my request even though A&E has told me I need this.
Also Today I checked my NHS app to check my repeat prescriptions and he has removed medication I have been on for many years. My partner rang up to correct this and the lovely secretary did sort this out.
Please get another registered doctor soon because having just Dr Kumar as the only registered doctor will force me to leave the practice because I didn't like the way he dealt with my situation.

Had a appointment today the DR Kumar and he did not listen to me about my problem put a rash that I have down to in grown hairs when I know it is not did not help my with the sickness that I am stuffing with every time I eat! And told me to do stretches that are supposed to help me with my lower back pain and also told me he would prescribe an epi pen and did not !

Still the worst GP practice in Somerset! One of the most frustrating things is the way counter staff spend their time in the back room chatting and ignoring patients who stand at the counter repeatedly pressing the bell for attention.
I won't even try to describe the idiotic procedures, constant mistakes with prescriptions , indifference to unreasonable waiting times etc etc.
This practice is run for the convenience of the staff, patients come a very poor second.

I have used this surgery for many years with out any issues. There was a period of time with doctors coming and going, and you never saw the same one twice. There was also a rude dragon on the reception. There was negative feedback and the star rating wasn't great.
However, they seem to have taken this on board and rectified this now. There is a really nice, polite professional young lady on reception now. She is welcoming, helpful and brings new positive energy to the surgery. I have been allocated a lovely female doctor who is very professional, knowledgeable and approachable, She also gets things done in a timely manner.
