My son was given an out-of-hours appointment after suffering what turned out to be a partial dislocation of the shoulder. During the examination, the shoulder popped back in- saving us a trip to Leicester A and E on a Saturday night. He , and we, are very grateful! Thank you.

I attended the UCC this evening and was seen by a wonderful man from the north east. He listened, addressed my concerns and prescribed so efficiently. I cannot thank the team enough, what a fabulous service. I was in the waiting room for no longer than 10 minutes to be seen. It really is the people who make the NHS.

Was seen by Cathy at Minor Injuries Unit today. She was excellent - whenever I've attended this unit the service snd treatment have been superior. Well done and keep it up. We love you for it.

I attended the Oakham urgent care centre and received polite, professional, and such good care after a cycle accident. I just walked in and was seen relatively quickly. The receptionist was polite and kind, the Doctor was patient, professional, and spent time reassuring me. I would like to thank all involved. I attended on the 5 July 2023.

Went to the walk-in centre today at Oakham Memorial Hospital saw the doctor I’ve been before sometimes you can just walk in which I didn’t do on this occasion as it was a 111 referral, but I know as the doctor has told me you can Monday to Friday I think it’s nine till four something like that absolutely fantastic service from reception right the way through seeing the doctor being reassured coming out happy you can park and it was very quick just felt at ease fantastic work by the doctor and reception staff thank you so much Xx

Popped to get my finger looked at after slicing it open. The staff were amazing. From walking through the door to being treated best best experience I’ve had at a minor injuries. Thank you

I was sent by 111 for severe abdominal and flank pain with suspected kidney issues and straight away was told by a very miserable nurse that I'm "faking it" and it's "all in my imagination" she was so rude and uncaring and just couldn't wait to get me out the door. They refused to do any type of tests let alone any scans etc to see if it's related to my pregnancy! If you want actual medical help then go literally anywhere else.

Update: I went to Leicester hospital because of the pain and they saw me within 15 minutes, immediately asked for a urine sample after listening to what I was saying.... Results were I had kidney stones and a severe kidney infection!
