My first visit, as I've just about given up with Northwich VI. A 3+ hour wait, which seems now to accepted as a "norm" everywhere, but was half-term week so maybe just timing. But when I eventually got too see someone, the consultation was excellent. I like the idea of the automatic car reg payment on departure, but free parking when I went presumably because it's an urgent care visit?

Have just been there with my Mum. The doctor (Dawn) was amazing. Listened patiently and answered all our questions. I can’t imagine what a hard job she has and she still had energy at the end of the day and provided a 5 star service. Thank you!

Hello, I was with a 12-week-old baby, waiting in the waiting room, without any child in the room, I waited alone in the chair with a 3-month-old baby for an hour and a half without anyone seeing me, I went and asked if he could see her and he told me to wait because he sees other sick children, I said that mine is also sick and I asked what the waiting time is. He told me that I had to wait, that he couldn't give me time. But in the meantime, in 90 minutes, he saw only one child. He was talking to the colleague from the triage. They had a very nice discussion and I disturbed them by interrupting the discussion. Shame on him

Really positive experience yesterday, very quick turnaround and Meg was very kind and helpful. The initial welcome on reception could have been a little warmer but it wasnt an issue, all in all very positive.

Unfortunately the centre is so underfunded that the practice has ridiculous wait time.

There was a 0 minute wait when we arrived for triage and 2hours for assessment by clinician. Over 4 and a half hours later we were finally seen.

The staff get so annoyed with people asking how much longer it will be. After waiting all the time no one was allowed in with me and the nurse spoke very rudely to us about this.

Also almost everyone who came in was classed as an emergency case pushing everyone back. If they couldn't wait long they would class it as am emergency. The emergency get added to the front of the queue but the time does not get added on so the board at the front is completely miss leading.

It's sad how the government and Halton Borough Council have let it get so under staffed and underfunded.

The only good features is there is plenty of parking available including disabled parking. Also the parking if free if for visit the urgent care.

Says open 24 hours when I got there at 4 am was closed? What a poor excuse of a hospital and facility, pathetic. People work & pay taxes for the nhs and you can’t even keep a building open that is facilitated. Waste of a hospital. Do better.

Just got back from the centre and wanted to thank all the staff for their care. Reception and triage nurse were great, friendly and helpful. We had to wait a few hours to see the the doctor but that was expected and definitely worth the wait. Andrew, the doctor, was brilliant. Very professional, friendly, caring and thorough. Thanks so much.
