Awful experience, went to get my implant changed and was told because I was a couple of months early to getting it changed (I was having issues with it) I was told I was wasting the NHS' money. I then got the implant taken out and I got put on the contraceptive patch, which has caused major issues for me. 0/10 the nurse was so rude and made me feel very uncomfortable

I just started going here and it was my first time going to a clinic and honestly the doc Katie was so helpful and sweet. She made sure I was comfortable but still got the job done. I have vaginismus and she made sure she didn’t push me to do things I wasn’t comfortable in. I know it’s her job but really made me feel that female unity. Idk how much she makes but she deserves a raise.

Had a really good experience with the Rubin clinic, I had my copper coil fitted and had no issues. The procedure was quick and painless and the staff were very friendly and reassuring. Would recommend x

Had to have my implant out due to me starting HRT so by order of my GP I booked to get it out. Took 3 weeks for an appointment but I got there and I was literally in n out in 15 mins! Best experience here ever! I'm so shocked at how efficient it was! Normally I get 20 questions about my personal life but not today! Lady who took it out was lovely especially as I swore it was in my left n it wasn't! She found it in my right arm and swiftly had it out n me patched up in about 5 minutes! If only the rest of the NHS was that efficient!

I absolutely love coming here , it’s clean , not usually busy and everyone is so friendly!
I go every three months for contraception and I’ve never had a bad experience

I didn’t want to give any star at all,but it won’t let me give zero star.
This place should be closed down really.
The receptionist and staff generally don’t want to be there,and they don’t give a toss about public,or they just don’t understand their job role!.,booked an appointment and never got a call back even though it was extremely important and urgent.
The receptionist was downright rude and impatient and kept hanging up.
Said an imaginary nurse will call, no one called, or bothered to explain,the clinic is usually shut most of the time and they have a ridiculous answer message lol.
The rest of the staff are just as useless.but the receptionist are the worst.

Both Sue and Sarah, the nurses, were excellent.
They were very reassuring, took time to listen and carried out the examination very gently.
I asked lots of questions which they patiently answered and made sure that I felt able to call again at any time if necessary.
Would highly recommend.

I really recommend this place - I was so nervous before my appointment but the nurse made me feel really at ease and the doctor was really thorough.
