I’m really disappointed with the level of service at this practice. Sadly, this hasn’t been a one-off — I’ve had several negative experiences over time, and even when I’ve raised concerns before , I never received any response or acknowledgment although it`s mentioned in their website that they would acknowledge all concerns.

I now avoid contacting the practice unless it’s absolutely necessary, because just the thought of reaching out makes my heart race and leaves me feeling extremely anxious. As a healthcare professional myself, it’s deeply disappointing to experience how the patient being treated in . We are taught from day one that patient safety, dignity, and satisfaction are at the heart of good care and that we are trying to do everyday in our work— but sadly, that has never been my experience here.

I’ve often felt dismissed, not listened to, and unsupported — even with very basic requests. The way some conversations are handled lacks empathy, not being listened and there seems to be little effort made to understand or help.

I have been to multiple practices before and I have never received such a treatment anywhere

Patients deserve to feel safe and respected when they contact their GP practice. Even if you can`t help , at least try to be nice, it costs nothing . I truly hope the team reflects on how they communicate with people and makes improvements moving forward.

Rang in tears after simply trying to book and appointment and going round in circles because their online booking system closes at 10! Told I would need to log to in tomorrow or call 111. No customer support no emergency appointments. Only had one appointment in surgery and that was initial consultation.

Worst gp ever have a chest infection for over 3 weeks and they never check me over just keep sending antibiotics to my pharmacy which is nonsense I can bearly swallow my spit and they refusing to see me

Only 1 star for a nice building everyone and everything is terrible waiting for referral for my mum (memory clinic) long story short referrals line say I have to chase up ecg gave me no help what’s so ever with any numbers as soon as he know she couldn’t help or want hurried me off the phone spent all afternoon looking for my mums results still no answers from anybody this is a sad state we are in when a lady with dementia is being neglected by the doctors she with

Been with the surgery since I was a born, the surgery has gone from one of the best to the worst. The processes are overly complicated. Doctors are rarely available. Complaints are ignored. Information presented to staff does not get logged even when visiting in person and photocopies are taken. Vulnerable patients have little to no priority and some staff have a lack of compassion. There is a reason there are so many negative reviews. Be warned, you may be lucky or like many others have the worst experience of a surgery you can potentially have.

Edit: The services at the surgery are a lot better now. They have improved significantly.

Absolutely shocking service. My mum is 87 and needs a prescription as the one given to her did not do the job. She kept getting cut off and then eventually was told she had to speak to a doctor again and there were no calls for a couple of days. She was told to ring the triage number and again got the same response so left with nothing. This practice is a disgrace and is not fit for purpose. They certainly do not care nor look after the elderly. Shame on them.

Absolute shambles of a surgery, first they forget to issue my epipens with my prescription, it's ok it is only a life saving item I need to carry with me at all times don't worry, then on a visit the G.P stated they needed to do a prostate examination as with my age I have never had one, then the G.P backed out of doing it, and now they forget to issue my anti depressants when the prescription had them on with other items. NEVER again will I ever attend this surgery, the patient advisors halve the time are arrogant and hang up the phone on you which happened to me just today in fact, she slammed the phone down when I was complaining, now considering legal action against this surgery for the multiple failures
