This is rediculous, its a 12-13 mile around trip to find them shut. Also to find they are only open 2hrs on 3 days during the week. Makes it really awkward. The postman does a great job, but I feel like the parcel collection is making it hard for the people in the local villages to collect. Especially when the opening times are getting more inconvenient as time goes on. I hope they get more staff to sort this in the future. Especially when most is going down the route of online shopping and selling, whilst relying on the royal mail staff who struggle to man the sorting office.

Absolutely useless - we missed a delivery on Saturday. I have just tried to go down to collect, but they are only open between 8-10
What a joke! and they wonder why people are turning to other parcel delivery companies.
