I had a very positive experience at this hospital. The healthcare professionals here are truly dedicated to their work, providing excellent care and really listening to their patients. They offer a great deal of support, making sure that every patient feels heard and well cared for. The quality of service stands out significantly compared to other NHS hospitals. I highly recommend this hospital for anyone in need of professional and compassionate care

I have been so impressed with the homeopathic medicine and care from the doctor (plus after care) at this hospital, it's been a wonderful, positive experience. My condition has greatly improved.

After being told the address and having a 4pm appointment, we stood outside a main entrance that was locked? There was a phone number to ring, which we did and we were then told to go round the other side of the hospital to get in!We found it eventually and it was nothing more than a door, you would never have known it was there. My appointment was apparently on the 3rd floor, but the lift didn't work, then we were told that all Saturday appointment were somewhere else.So on a corridor hunt we went and found the reception and waiting area which is in a completely different building/hospital.
By now l needed the loo which we went to and it was completely blocked, full of water/pee toilet paper and paper strewn all around.....l felt sick.......what is it with hospital toilets,l had a bad experience at a hospital toilet not long ago.
I saw my Dr on time, which was a good thing but came out very stressed and exhausted as walking is a problem for me and l felt like l had been sent on a hike......it's a hospital for goodness sake,a little more consideration for their patients comfort would be nice,we don't go there through choice...

I had a follow up appointment here after a caudal epidural next door (National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery) just over 2 months prior. On arrival, my appointment didn’t start until 30 minutes after it was supposed to, but I didn’t mind - I was more focused on finding a solution to my pain. Off the bat, the neurologist was very cold and hostile - spending most of her time on WhatsApp. When it came to actually discussing my spine pain, she completely minimised the severity of the damage and said “yeah, its actually not that bad actually. your disc isn’t sitting on your nerves too much” whilst pointing to a severely bulging disc. She continued to say that surgery will not work for my back pain and that NOTHING ever will, that I would have to continue the rest of my life in pain. Whilst sobbing hearing this news and detailing how this is affecting my mental health, she stated very bluntly “you need to lose weight. you are too fat.” in the midst of my breakdown. She had zero empathy and her only suggestions were to contact my GP for a referral to pain clinic to get CBT on how to deal with chronic pain. When my partner asked how can I lose weight and exercise without further herniating my discs, she shrugged and said “you might do”. After reading other reviews, I now realise that this is a homeopathic clinic in disguise and I was told completely opposite to the other professionals I have seen for that reason and not because there is no hope left. A quick google search proved her words wrong.

For private prescriptions the pharmacy is a huge rip-off. £48 for two months’ supply of a drug that’s been off patent for decades. Mostly pleasant but very slow service to boot; still wasn’t ready after 40 minutes so I had to leave and come back. When I returned I had to find the cashier, who was on her lunch break, before the pharmacy then accepted payment from me directly. Go elsewhere if you have a NHNN prescription.

My experience at this hospital was positive but very short so can't say much except that this hospital has a right to continue.
I heard that it might be closed down.
I hope the people won't allow this as NHS is funded by the people and it is the people that decide in the end. Or should, if only they knew their rights.
As for those "doctors" that think natural medicine doesn't work you have simply educated yourself into imbecility.
Natural medicine works and if you payed attention at the beginning of your studies concerning the father of Medicine Hippocrates, he said, "Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine thy food".

And lastly look up the data on deaths caused by Medical negligence instead of talking stupid about natural treatment that never caused any harm to anyone.

I just got an appointment to this hospital in September 2025. So I need to wait 10 months to be seen by doctor.
I hope I won’t die till that time. NHS is a disaster.

I had endless problems with a few medical issues and ended up getting the most help and resolution at this hospital . Unfortunately thier departments and funds have been cut and I am costing the NHS more money struggling without the help I formally had at this hospital . I recommend the service they provide as it's a more effective way to treat chronic conditions in my experience
