My mother recently had a blood test at Roxbourne Medical Centre, and Keira was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. She was professional, patient, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s always reassuring to be met with a friendly face, especially in a medical setting, and Keira’s warm approach really made a difference. Thank you for your excellent service!

Honestly never known such an awful doctors! You have to wait until specific times to just ATTEMPT to book a doctors appointment. Not great for those who are not available at that time. When you do get an appointment it will be 2 weeks later. Called up today as the hospital told me to book an appointment regarding my sons HEART and of course patch's is unavailable. As its his heart i called reception and of course they can't book an appointment. I made a complaint in December regarding my own struggles with this surgery and shockingly I have still had no response. I've struggled for so many years regarding pain in my knees. Always been referred to physio after telling them multiple times that doesn't work and I would like further testing. Years and years down the line and now struggling to walk I finally go referred to orthopedics who are sending me for an mri as I may need cortisone injections or surgery but of course my doctors couldn't be bothered to do their job and take my pain and struggles seriously. Disgusted at this surgery is an understatement as I've been part of it for years and dr zaidi is great but of course I haven't been able to see him since before covid. Will be changing doctors and also taking this further now. Enough is enough and I do not recommend this surgery at all!!

I have elderly parents,my mum been suffering form severe cough. She’s 75 years old and she’s also diabetic patient who take insulin 3times a day. She called up the gp asking for an appointment and the person at the reception ask for her symptoms. Then he said he will refer. My parents are not tech safi I look after them. Then i get a message from patch link. Half of the information what they fill in is wrong! Listen to your patient. Never employee a person working in healthcare industry who don’t have patience

This doesn’t include Rebecca she is absolutely fantastic at her job and brilliant what she does as a receptionist her customer service and care is absolutely outstanding and always welcoming to talk to.

To dear Dr M. Farooqi,
I am writing to let you know that my mum who is Habiba Azada had an appointment in Northwick Park hospital, and unfortunately Gp arranged an ambulance for drop and pickup job, but first of all they called my mum to inform them that they will be picking up at 11.30am where they came at 1.40 which the appointment was at 1.30. But the Dr in the hospital kindly saw her even she was very let, but she was waiting for 5.45 hours for the ambulance. I spoke to receptionist at GP twice and they give the ambulance service number and I called them so many times but nothing happened until 7.30 in the evening, she arrived at home at 7.45 pm
My question is that who is responsible?
We as a family are very disappointed for this kind of arrangement and not chasing up the ambulance and not taking any responsibility for it. Imagine 91 years old was waiting for nearly six hours sitting on a chair and waiting.
I think the GP should be aware of their patient who are vulnerable.
Thank you for your understanding
Kind regards
Khadija Azada ( Habiba's daughter)

Zero rates because I am coughing since long time ,when my coughing started I visited GP Roxbourn Medical Centre, but they sent me in hospital for Xrays not others Tests.
And said there is no Issues.
They didn't give me Medicine.
So, it's gone worse and worse then I have to go to the Private Doctor paid his fees about £900 , and he referred me to Hospital and done City scan, and Lungs function.
He said there is Asthma.
If they given me medicine from being then was not Begin Asthma.
The private Doctor referred me to GP with Letter of Hospital, first they given me medicine.
And now I finished started coughing again and they making excuses again to give me Medicine.

Very bad Is Roxbourn Medical centre.
It's difficult to get appointments and repeat Medicines.

Sadly me again! 83 year old mum hospital discharge letter on 16/12/24 to Roxbourne including medication with GP to continue. Mum contacted pharmacy earlier today as running out of medicine to be told they still have not received prescription. Mum is in a state again as pharmacy will not give her medication even though she will run out of Omeprazole today. Went down to RMC and Receptionist said they would try to get Doctor to get the prescription after consultation today. Receptionist mentioned that they had this only for a week and turnaround for this is a week. I have no idea how Hospital discharge letters are sent to Roxbourne Medical Centre but allowing for the fact that Monday 16th December evening was the discharge. Does it really take until Tues December 31st and even then only put in action because I visited and saw the Receptionist today. Accounting for Christmas and Boxing Day from the 17th December until prompted by me on Monday 31st December is a long time to wait for a hospital prompted prescription.
