The best pharmacy in Greenford and surrounding area. Polite and always helpful staff. Few times I had an emergency case and had the consultation, they always gave me correct medication. additionally they help me with my son medication delivery, because I'm working full time there is no chance to be home when is delivery time. The pharmacy agreed to help me with this issue and without stress I can collect my son's medication from local pharmacy, without taking day off at work. I really appreciate your support. I am more than 10 years they client, and I do not plan make any changes.

The pharmacy is OK, but there is also a place for passport pictures. So I've been with my daughter to make some ID pictures and just bcs I need it little different size of the picture they charge me double, so instead of £6.99 they charge £12.99, but that was not a problem I paid and the lady told me to pick up the picture other day bcs she didn't knew how to print them. That was OK aswell but when my daughter took the picture from them, I saw the size was wrong, so I've gone back and I felt the lady who made the pics very rude saying that I asked for, even I showed her the screenshot of the size are requested to the id, but she still done wrong size. Another lady was OK she offered to remake the picture without extra charge but when they came out the image inside the paper was very small, so I've asked her to zoom it and she said is not possible. I said fine so let me pay some extra and I'll get both and maybe one of them will be ok. Then she gone to ask other lady (probably she was her superior) and I saw her again very rude and told her to charge full price again. So I've paid again £12.99 bcs they couldn't do a proper picture. At the end I've paid 26 pounds for passport pictures and I'm still not sure if they are OK, hopefully I'll not be rejected to my appointment bcs of that. I'm very disappointed of those lady, they not even don't have idea how to do their work but they also very rude and rob customers bcs like that I felt at the end robbed. I'm mentioning the picture are also very dark and doesn't look like passport pictures at all. I hope I could read the reviews before got there for passport picture. They have only negative reviews. I don't know how they allowed there. Such a bad customer service, no professional work at all.

I wholeheartedly recommend doing your travel vaccinations at this pharmacy. My family and I had many jabs done in May '21. The whole process was very smooth and I was particularly impressed with their special care to kids. While there we also bought a few bits and noticed that the prices are very competitive and the hair accessory section was well stocked. Thank you.

Excellent customer service. I went in for a visa photograph and they checked the requirements for the photo to be sure it would be correct. Quick instant photos and good price.
Also picked up prescriptions here and again friendly staff. The shop is clean and tidy as well. Highly recommend.

I think this pharmacy is the best for a 3 mile radius....staff are polite,prompt,courteous and efficient. They are never too hard pressed to give advice on ailments,usually relatively accurate,sound and common sense.l like it here,plus I like the perfumes/deo offering. Main people here are very professional.

The ladies working there were welcoming and helpful however they got passport photos for my daughter wrong
I asked for digital code
I paid £6.99 a received ( a print out that really didnt need) and an email with a photo of my daughter wearing a red hairband (fashion accesory not suitable for passport purposes )

I emailed them explaining what happened
Since I didn't receive a reply i phoned them up
I spoketo Claudia who was polite and kind She said to do not worry because they would sort it out for me
When I went back to the pharmacy to take photo they did but they said they could not give me a code a beside that code was no good Another employee (asian middle aged man) jumped in the conversation and ķ his colleague statement that the code is not
At this point i told them that it is clearly stated on gov.UK that digital photo and code are prefered to ordinary photos and beside that digital code was what I asked for and was given something else instead
Finally the male employee agreed to give me a code
before handing it over to me he asked me £6.99!
I explained once again tha i had already paid for it So he went back to the printing machine and then.back to me and asked me £4.50
He had his head down his eyes were staring at the floor
I had my daughter next to me I did not want to argue in front of her
I explained that it was no my mistake so i should not pay however as a good will gesture i agreed to pay £ 3.50 half of it
He replied he was not bargaining !
No infact he ripped me off
I walked out really disappointed
what a waste of time money and effort !
Staff was nice but not trained to use computerised machine
Horrible experience from asian male sort of manager/owner I guess
never again
I will not add photos as it involves a child

Took my mum to have her booster jab this afternoon. Whilst I was there I urgently needed to use the toilet. I politely explained I had a medical condition ulcerative colitis and said I could show evidence if needed. But they still refused. Was very embarrassed. Will not go to this pharmacy again.
