An absolute joke of a practice! You have to tell them everything on the phone and send a sample in then later in the day they tell you you have something that you didn't even contact them about! No mention of treating the painful condition I was going through at the time (suspected food poisoning/salmonella) until I put my foot down! How come there are never more than 3 people in the waiting room when I go in? It used to be heaving in there pre-Covid but now being able to see a doctor is like trying to find water on the moon! I've read several reports on here about how rude the Reception staff are. Well, they met their match with me and I really steamed in!! My husband heard one say 'Ooh, stroppy' and I really couldn't care less about that. Much more ineptitude from this practice (which used to be very, very good) and I'll be writing to the GMC !!!

A lot of people have bad things to say about this surgery but I find they provide a good service. Done an online form for myself; which needed attention fairly quickly, text within an hour with an appointment face to face the following afternoon. Less important appointment was booked for a month away but it was just routine so that was fine. The staff are really friendly. Great service

This is the most disgusting doctors ive ever been to, after being signed on for months have not had ANY kind of treatment, theyve messed my meds up to the hilt so not only suffering with my illnesses but withdrawing from meds and back laid on the floor in aginy 24/7, no one cares here no appointments arw prompt bo emergency xare is available which is now driving the hospital into dispair and emergency means a 20 day wait!! Im type 1 diabetic i have gastro paresis have a broken back am left sided weakness am patially sighted and have mental health problems and theyve left me day in day out if the music doesnt play it just rings, after 2 and a half hours someone finnaly answered, im so sick of this place i need some real medical help now my diabtetes is severely unstable and im in agony...... byt still have to wait 21 days for that wonderful appointment where they do NOTHING, oh bllod test if your lucky and the pharmacist gets to have a good laugh a your suicudal ideadtions 10/10 if your willing to die in pain

Doctors are great but to get an appointment is insane. This surgery is getting worse and worse but yet they are looking for new patients, please deal with the patients you have on the books first and look after them instead of advertising for new patients. Stop blaming COVID-19 for everything. No point ringing on the day for an appointment when you can't get one.

This is the worst surgery we have ever been to the doctors don't listen to the pacents my other half suffers with mental health and depression course he reacted as the doctor wasn't listening to him I feel they should helped with depression and anxiety and mental health but no they didn't they kicked him off the books and I think it's descusting if he dies becourse of the incompetence of the nhs and doctors refusing to help him I will take action I don't recommend this surgery stay clear of it

Seem to be consistently poor at seeing urgent cases. 15 mins after they open get told they are fully booked and to call 111, unable to get to a gp for over 3 months now, but if you walk into the surgery to try and book an appointment there's not a single person in the waiting room! Obviously no Drs on site, then you see a large banner on the side of the building saying they are taking on new patients? They can't see the ones they had
