I would like to say a very special thankyou to Dr Mike Murray. Quite possibly the kindest and nicest Dr I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I drove from Devon to look after my mum when she was suddenly taken very poorly. I rang and Dr Murray was the duty Dr on call. Within the hour he was at mums bedside and was absolutely lovely with a very frightened 88 year old. He gently explained her options and reassured her and me. He then arranged an ambulance and waited to speak to the paramedics. Thanks to his speedy intervention mum is now recovering well in RUH. Please can someone convey my deepest gratitude to him from Debbie Hood ?

Have had such great care from Rowden Surgery over 11 years.
Dr Waters has looked after me very well, special mention also to Dr Sarah Rayne who has provided wonderful care and support to my wife recently. Fantastic surgery, couldn’t ask for better. Thank you!

I have tried tirelessly to leave my review of this practice having been a patient here for almost 8 years. My review is as pertinent and relevant as anyone else's and it's either being flagged by the disgraceful staff who work there or restricted by google. I will keep it short and brief, if you require medical treatment of any description. Do not go to Rowden surgery and avoid it like the plague. It’s that simple, thank you

Excellent service. We are in holiday and my son had a chest/throat infection. The receptionist was so helpful, arranged an appointment for someone to ring who sorted antibiotics for him and as we don’t know the area, found a nearby chemist to send us to. Excellent service.

What a lovely team. I had to take my kids with me for a coil insertion appointment. I felt very embarrassed and apologised as my little one clung to me and would not let go . But Dr Palmer was so considerate and kind, she asked Catherine one of the receptionists to look after my kids during the procedure whilst waiting outside. Again Catherine was very lovely and looked after them for 10 mins esp consoling my little one. Really appreciate all the help. Regards

Yvonne helped me tremendously today and was so lovely to speak to. I love this surgery! I have been with them since I was a baby and have NEVER had an issue getting through to them or getting appointments, although Yvonne helped me today, the whole reception team are always so helpful and lovely despite the pressure of their jobs! Keep up the fab work guys! It doesn’t go un-noticed!!

It would be really helpful if an email address was provided to contact the practice manager directly, I’ve spent all morning trying to sort my 90 year old mother’s medication that’s gone missing between the surgery and Hathaway pharmacies! They are both blaming each other for it and we are just stuck in the middle, meanwhile she’s going to run out of tablets in the next couple of days, can’t imagine dr vos will be impressed if her patient has some kind of relapse because of someone’s incompetence
