What a fantastic example of how good the NHS is at this treatment centre in Banbury. My partner (Pamela Brawn) was admitted for tests earlier today. From arrival she was greeted at reception and then immediately welcomed by Nurse Veronica and ushered into the unit which was a hive of activity. Veronica and her colleague Bea couldn’t do enough for Pam with their professionalism and attention to the detailed tests they undertook - not forgetting their lovely sense of humour. We were frequently asked if we would like a drink whilst we were waiting. Doctor Nick’s manner and detail while he questioned and examined Pam was very reassuring and professional. The X-Ray department were also very welcoming and Matt (?) was equally polite and efficient. On return Doctor Nick came to confirm that all checks had been good and we could go home.
A great experience and a credit to Rowan Ambulatory Unit. Thank you.

My wife visited this ward today and I must say this is the best NHS care she has ever received. Every staff member was exceptional from start to finish. Absolutely warms my heart there is compassion and so much kindness within this department. My wife was finally listened to ❤️

So I visited this place yesterday and the staff looked after me so well. They were so professional and they enjoyed my cheeky side. They always made sure you had something to eat and drink and always passed you by asking if you was ok. If not stopping number of times having conversations. I would not hesitate going to this place if ever in the future. I want to mention bea which was the lovely Polish lady and deepa who never failed too make me smile. These were the main 2 that I had dealings with all others were great also. And the lady who took my bloods. 👍🏻 it was a easy and pleasant experience and I thank you very much.

Fabulous care from the team there. The receptionist made me a cup of tea when I arrived. My treatment was quick and I couldn’t have asked for better. Really thankful to you all.

I was there monday for the day dping tests for my very fast heart rate and the doc/nurses were absolutely brilliant! I just cannot fault them!!!
