Bed sores:- Anyone seeing the bed sores my mother had to endure before she passed away would be horrified and its not as if my mother was only getting one visit per day, no, she was getting 4 visits per day. When carers are attending to people in their homes, they should be 100% on the ball. The amount of times I had to phone up the office to mention things about mum's care was ridiculous and in the beginning (until a plastic check in/check out tag) was placed on the back door, they couldn't wait to get in and out quick enough. If I was to post the images of the bed sores (taken by the district nurse) to my review, people would be utterly horrified, but, that's something I won't do. With the amount of visits my mum was getting (4 per day) the bed sores should've been spotted way before they got to the stage they did.

Spoke to Amy-Leigh From Rochdale recruitment Center today, extremely rude person, shouting and screaming at me for no apparent reason. She’s a horrible rude person!!!!! no customer service at all. She ended up putting the phone down on me I don’t know why, tried calling back got her answering phones 3 times she hung up straight away? Why? Like making me feel like I did something wrong

Looked after my wife in her final days. I can not praise the attention each one of her carers gave to her. Together with all the other agencies enabled us to keep her at home with us.
