We can’t thank the routes care team enough for all the love and support they have shown my mum and us as a family over the past few months. These carers have shown care, respect and compassion to us as a family during the most difficult time. Mum had x4 visits per day and we can’t thank them all enough especially Hassan and Maryam who become more than carers they are now friends. These people are amazing and deserve a medal for what they do. During mums cancer battle I can honestly say these were the only care providers who were interested in helping and making mum comfortable.

I kept informing them their care service was no longer needed for my dad, but they keep sending out carers anyway. The carers “we need to come around to cover our backs”.The carers were coming around, standing around chatting and then leaving which my dad was getting billed £24.17/h. No care was provided, shameful. Money making scheme.

Unsafe working practices. Staff not medication trained properly. Whilst caring for my relative there were numerous medication errors. Staff never had spot checks, even after numerous complaints and me asking about spot checks. Had to report safeguards on couple of occasions! Staff either loud and rude or didn’t speak at all. Was basically just a job to them all. Obviously take anyone on. One young girl told me she had had to use a hoist with no manual handling training and was new to the profession. Rang and complained numerous times before giving notice and changing providers. I come from working in the care profession and in my opinion do not let this company be entrusted to care for your loved ones!!

My mum has routes home care .
The staff are very good. They arrive when they're supposed to and are very patient with her. I'm surprised at Google's low rating as I find they are very good safe and reliable

Appalling. Staff with zero common sense or empathy. Gave my dad a diabetic 2 slices of cake and a chocolate bar for his tea! No superivision or staff dreadful "training" . Loved ones cannot be entrusted to this company safely

No face 2 face assesments only over the phone! Wears own clothes no PPE. I wouldnt leave them to look after my dog. Not a caring genuine one.

I am writing to inform you that a staff member called sumr fed my grandad expired bread and milk which led him to getting multiple diseases and now is bed bound in hospital. HAVE SHAME ON YOUR SELFS !!!!!!!

Use to Turn up for me mother in there own clothes no uniform masks or aprons and when ya said something why ya been threatening no ya been in other people's houses that might have covid joke firm
