Used to be a good company seems to be going down hill in my view always late want to do nothing or little when in Client's house like to rush in rush out no friendly chats some carers don't speak very good English which is hard for the elderly they are caring for when they don't understand the Client's asks and needs some pull their faces if the tasks are going to take the required time allocated to the client like to get in get out get home sorry but some arnt init for the care just the money
