Very disappointed reception staff are rude and give you nothing but attitude over phone you get told my the doctor to call surgery in regards to my sick note and there nothing there to talk about honestly worse Sergey in barnsley if I loose my job cos of this place not doing there jobs right I'll take them to court as its classed as medical negligence

I have recently had a very positive experience with this practice, had to see the doctor on 3 separate occasions, receptionist was friendly & helpful, managed to get an appointment every time yes I did have to call numerous times to get an appointment but at least your now put into a queue, I saw 3 different doctors everyone of them was helpful & understanding, I really couldn’t fault my experience.
Plus there is a lovely lady that works there, I think she might be a health care assistant, I’ve not had a appointment with her, but I have seen her with the patients and she’s very friendly & helpful and seems to have a very good rapport ?

Heard it all now. Tried to order a repeat prescription and told me to call back tomorrow as I didnt ring between 10-2. These receptionist are useless. This is 1 of many problems from them lately. Somehow forgot to put my 3 year olds appointment on the system. Waited all day for a call back which didn't happen and ended up spending night in hospital.

Nothing worse when you can't even get in you have with the receptionist at your doctor

So between the doctors and the chemist none of them have been putting my mum cancer pill in her nomads for 2 weeks now the doctors blamed the chemist and the chemist blamed doctors so I kicked off
And my mum still has no cancer pill and I'm the bad guy these people need to die

Absolutely useless place . Receptionist have an attitude every time I ring. Always saying to ring iheart because no appointments. Won’t even put a note thru to doctor for a simple thing I can’t get from pharmacy. 3 weeks trying to get appointments and only get to speak to someone after all appointments are gone

The line is always busy and near impossible to get to talk to someone. When you are put in a queue, it takes ages to talk to them, and then when you do get hold of them, it becomes pointless. Their prescription line is also always busy and at this point, I might as well give up on trying to get the medical care I need.

Tried to get an appointment for my wife as she can’t call the doctors from work. The receptionist was awful. She wanted more information! She’s not the doctor! I said I would discuss it with the doctor. She said she had no appointments available. Then she told me I should tell my wife to see a private specialist!!!! She’s just a receptionist!!!! Can’t get an appointment. Apparently covid. Everyone else can move on but not the doctors. They hide behind receptionist who have no medical training!!

Was told I would get a call at 15:00 but instead called me at 13:45 it was only luck that I had my phone with me. Doctor wasn't interested in what I was saying just got told go to A&E. Seems like the go too answer with this surgery go to A&E. What's the point in this surgery been open at all. Expect a complaint wing its way over but I bet that gets filed in the not bothered section of this practice
