Visited this surgery to have some roots and a broken tooth extraction (referral from own dentist). The reception staff were pleasant and I didn't have to wait long before being called in for my appointment. Dr Grace Chung and her assistant were fantastic. Very calming and efficient. Couldn't recommend them more.

I went in today for a tooth extraction. Usually I have my teeth done under sedation but due to bad pain, I bit the bullet. Dr Mani was absolutely amazing, got me through my worst fear with no pain. I cannot recommend highly enough, what an amazing dentist. Thank you so much!

I've just been for a tooth removal and I was worried as it was the back tooth on the top set.
No need to worry as the injection was painless and the tooth removal was also painless.

Well what can I say. Outstanding practice. I was with Dr Pandya and nurse Beth B this morning. I'm absolutely terrified of dentist. To the point I was up most of the night and almost crying before I went in. For me it's the needle and a bad experience previously with a different dentist practice. I was made to feel relaxed, welcomed and how to handle anxiety which has never happened previously on seeing a dentist. They didn't rush me and I can't believe I'm actually saying the procedure was relaxing, thoroughly done and happen just maybe they conquered my fear. I'll have to wait and see on that one as I'm booked back in for more dental work in July. The receptionists are lovely and welcoming and I'm so happy with the respect and patience they all gave me. Thank you 😊

I was referred over to this dentist for a tooth extraction, I was so worried and nervous about the whole procedure, the surgeon grace and her dental nurse who was working with her yesterday was brilliant! They explained everything to me and actually coped with my 101 questions and answered each and every one of them I couldn’t be more thankful for the experience with them I didn’t feel a thing after being numbed up! Once again thankyou and I highly recommend this dentist! 5 star from me

The women in that reception, each and every one of them need to get sacked. The rudeness, disrespect and entitlement is beyond me. Never actually came across such awful service, reception is so important to make you feel welcome and at ease for whatever procedure you’re attending and they’re absolutely vile. Talk to you like you’re 10 and so ignorant! Seem to struggle to even repeat back your own date of birth never mind your name. Disgusting
