I had my baby boy at Rosie hospital about a month ago. Everything went well and I felt safe and looked after from the beginning, even though I was concerned about it before. The midwifes at the delivery unit were amazingly helpful and supportive. Thank you!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. If you are a high risk patient, this is not the place for you. Midwives are great and all but if you need a specialist to assist you this is not the hospital for you. The level of care at this hospital for high risk patients is appalling. I had a medical emergency and I have yet to be seen. Now that I'm home and trying to get in touch with a consultant, I was told to come back and sit and wait. I am a patient who was admitted and NO Doctor/Consultant came, not even a Junior Doctor could bother to come. You have to line up for food on the ward, I have never been to a hospital and had to join a line for food as a patient and you are called for your meals with a bell, and if you are not first inline you will get no food. There is absolutely no duty of care, even the midwives who should be monitoring you are too 'busy'.

All the staff apart from two students nurses and two nurses as well were really horrible but the other nurses and receptionist on the Daphne ward were really lovely and caring. The two students nurses and the other two nurses were horrible and unprofessional. I felt bullied there all the time I was there. The manager of the ward didn’t bother to come and see me when I complained about the nurses. Very upset. But the other nurses were very caring and professional and looked after me well. I went into the Daphne ward to have an op. And after the op these nurses were rude and horrible. But I wanted to thank the consultant and his team for saving my life.

My baby came to NICU after being transferred from broomfield . He was suffering a critical condition due to problems during labor. The staff here saved my babies life and we are forever grateful to you. The team in NICU are hard working and pay special care and attention to all babies from what we saw. If I could rate more I would.

If I could I’d give 0 stars!! How I’ve been treated as well as my new born little girl is disgraceful. 3 years ago my little boy was born and it was fantastic! But now it is shocking!?! Like wow! It is so disappointing and it has made myself and my husband very angry. Told me the day after giving birth that an incident form has gone through because they didn’t do the correct tests for her and she may of needed antibiotics. Are you kidding me!?! Telling me as if it’s some sort of joke!
Neurology were meant to turn off my VNS (I’m epileptic) but didn’t bother at all yet had all day to turn my VNS off.
Is there anyone who works in the NHS that you can trust.

Truly lovely hospital !!!
Super clean, mega friendly staff, kind and caring.

Great with the mums and dads, settle any nerves and worries, really helpful.

Free food and drink in the welfare room if your in for longer than planned.

The NICU team where amazing! One on one care for each baby if needed !

I couldn't thank them enough.
We later went onto the Charles wulfston (spelling) ward, they where amazing too !

Super friendly and full of advice and help.

What an amazing place for a precious little human 🙂

Phenomenal place, phenomenal staff, phenomenal ethos. On what should have been a textbook night turned into a 28 hour slug for my partner. From natural birth to epidural to the ending of an c-section. Each shift of midwives and supporting team excellently kept our nerves at bay, explaining in detail each next step.

We will be forever grateful for all the personnel that enable the Rosie to operate to such a high standard.

All the best.

We came here for a scan and if you get 10 minutes late they don’t let you in anymore. Incredible because normally any department in the NHS they are always on time (we never await for any appointment).
And then we came to a baby birth place we’re baby’s can’t be! We bring our daughter with 3 and half years old and she can’t be with us in the scan of the baby and because of that I (father) can’t be there to. What a weird experience in baby’s hospital where a baby’s can’t be there.
I really hope that the management do something about this crazy policy’s
