The simple wound appointments are on time but very limited appointments available. Overall, I had good experience. The only problem I faced is the parking. There are very few spaces available.

Wanted to leave a review for nurse Jane at the Simple Wound Care Clinic. She was amazing!! Extremely professional in suggesting I’d keep my stitches for a little longer and trying to help find a follow up appointment even if she knew her schedule was packed. She was very warm, friendly and answered any questions I had about the post care. THANK YOU!!

Specific GP of Chinese heritage, I forget her name. Incredibly rude. I went in for a routine sick note, you know the ones your employer tend to
force you to get. She refused a fit note as now I was better, yet in Covid told me, if you’re sick, don’t come to the surgery. Terrible. If this continues, I’ll be reporting her directly NHS ENGLAND, then the Health Service Ombudsman.

Been going here since I was a child. Im now 38. Went for an appointment the other day. Could not understand the doctor at all. Her accent was so strong I couldn't understand her. When asked could you speak more slowly as I can't understand she said im being rude. I can't believe tmit has come to this. I'm in the process of changing my doctors to go somewhere I can understand what they are saying to me. Last time I checked this is England and you should be able to speak English clearly. Also you can't even get an appointment here forever holding on in line to get one. I'm still waiting for my results but have not been able to get them for over a month because I can't get through. Just spoke to reception and she told me there's nothing she can do as this is the process. I can't get through? They should be ashamed of there selves how they run this surgery. Use to be fantastic over 15 years ago.

I was registered to this surgery for 10 years +.
While the dctors and nurses are wonderful. The receptionist are so rude and racist. Imagine the reception supervisor telling me 'it is my prerogative' when I am trying to make her understand where i am coming from. When I told her as a professional she should not be using that word to client she told me its my problem.

Used to be able to book appointments online. Great.

Since they have switched to this automated voice service and currently 30+ in a queue to get an appointment for my son who needs to see a GP to get his prescription and an appointment for myself. No chance!

This is the fourth time in about 2 months I’ve called you dead on 8:00 to answer a phone to someone going sorry we have no appointments today. My 11 month old had croup which I really needed some guidance from a doctor on things to help her symptoms, ended up taking her to hospital and spending the whole day in there. Then I needed someone to prescribe her cough medicine to which I couldn’t get an appointment and all pharmacy’s said I need a doctor to prescribe. Then I needed an appointment myself as I’m pregnant and today my little girls eczema has got terrible and I need a cream that actually works and all you have to ever say is call 111 and go to hospital? It isn’t good enough at all I’ve needed medical help for my daughter and worked my whole life to pay for these services to be denied care for my baby. Honestly shocking sick of it

I wouldn’t even give this surgery 1 star. They never have appointments. I was told to call at 8am. I called at 8am and I was in a queue above 30. They eventually picked up at 9am and they didn’t have any appointments. This happened to me various times. The one time I did have an appointment the reception staff looked miserable, they clearly didn’t want to be there. No patients are rude but the staff clearly is and they moan and ask personal questions like they are the doctors. The doctors are ok but again, their consultation is basic and they don’t seem to do much! They want to get rid of you as soon as possible. I will
Never recommend this surgery to anyone specially the elderly people. Please don’t waste your time and effort with this surgery. Their system has clearly failed and they will never be able to assist anyone properly. Even the out of hours service they supposedly provide is a shambles. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS
