I saw Dr Bhandari as a walk-in patient. She is definitely one of the best GPs I've seen - she was caring, thorough in her diagnosis, and provided excellent follow-up. I would highly recommend her.

I went to health screening with Dr Macfarlane. It was a fairly usual screening with the usual body measurements, including a body fat % measurement. I will preface this with the fact that I am a size 6, 25 inch waist and have very clear muscle definition. The body fat % came back as 30.3%, which is 1.7% off being classed as obese. I questioned the body fat being this high and was told eh normal range. A moment of critical thinking on Dr Macfarlanes part and a quick glance at me would have made him realize this measurement is almost certainly incorrect and a re-measurement was required.

I have since had my body fat remeasured and it is in-fact 23%. Over 7% lower than I was led to believe. There are multiple problems with this. Young women should not be leaving a health screening incorrectly thinking they’re almost obese - this is extremely damaging and could easily lead to body dysmorphia and an eating disorder, or unhealthy behaviors. If I didn’t have a Biomed & Public Health background I could have easily come away thinking I should loose 7% body fat which would actually then put me into an unhealthy BMI.

At best this was extremely lazy and lacking in critical thought from Dr Macfarlane. Medical Doctors have a duty of care and that includes not sending patients away with incorrect information about their health which could lead to emotional distress and physical harm. If you are female I would avoid this Dr.

To make an appointment, they will ask you for your credit card details verbally and they will ask your bank for a RECURRENT payment, they refuse to see you in person to do this and refuse cash. They should allow you at least to pay fully online...

Terribly disappointing. I can not fathom how they can justify charging 75 pounds for a 4 minute consultation which revealed nothing of any use.My son came with certain complaints and the G P simply bent his knees and wrists several times,calling this a consultation. No written explanation was given,no diagnosis placed,no tests,nothing

Went there for my 2 year old daughter's check up. She was have severe Cough and cold, the doctor/GP refused to give us any medication. My daughter's health worsened and then we took 2nd opinion from another Dr and she put my daughters on antibiotics.. I would avoid this clinic
