We came here during a busy half term for a birthday and I can not praise the staff enough. It was really well managed, and as first timers despite it being quite daunting for the child the staff were reassuring, patient and safety was clearly a priority. The birthday boy got very scared and tearful on the high ropes and again, staff were really patient in guiding him off.
We will definitely be back, far better than other children’s venues we have visited previously.

We went with our grandchildren. They had an absolutely fantastic time. Very high on safety so there was no worries about them falling. They love the place. First they have a safety video befor they can go climbing. The staff make sure the safety lines are correctly set up befor they can climb. 1 parent/guardian can go in to assist. There is a small cafe that is very reasonable in price. A ball/climbing area reserved for the smaller children.

We regularly attend. The staff are wonderful, they're friendly, safety conscious and couldn't do enough to ensure my child always has the best time when climbing. They push him out of his comfort zone and encourage him to go further. Special shout out to Izzy, C and Ella. John loves you both 👍👍

I have been going with my daughter for some time and I must say it is an excellent place for kids and even for grown ups!. Very challenging: you can set your own goals and come back very time and challenge yourself.
Very helpful and professional team. Always here to help and support!

We (very luckily) had the place to ourselves. The staff were very friendly and chatty with the kids. They helped to encourage them and the best ways to climb certain walls.
After a short safety video and chat the kids were fitted with their harnesses and had a practise at clipping on and off of the equipment.
The venue was very clean and tidy.
We didn’t eat or drink on this occassion so can’t comment on that.
Parking at Whiteley is free so that’s a bonus too!

Took my son and 2 grandsons, aged 7 and 5, on a wet and busy Saturday. I was an observer only (too old and too scared of heights to participate). I was very impressed with the facilities and activities, but mostly with the attitude and impressive attention to safety of the staff. They all appeared to enjoy their jobs, and responded quickly, calmly and with good humour to potential issues.
Both my son and my grandsons thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and have now convinced my daughter-in-law that she needs to accompany them on the next visit!

We love Rock Up! I've taken my daughter climbing several times over the last few years but have been to Rock Up twice this half term 😊 the team at Whiteley are amazing and are so attentive to the kids. Nathan the manager is super approachable and knowledgeable, and a real asset to the company. He was very kind to us and was very enthusiastic in the safely briefing for the kids.
We also had some drinks in the cafe and were given superb customer service from Sam the cafe manager - my friend can't tolerate dairy and Sam went to great lengths to make her a dairy-free drink that she could enjoy!😊🤗
Thank you so much to the whole Rock Up team in Whiteley, we will definitely be visiting again!
