An utterly brilliant experience from the second I arrived. I am someone who is quite scared of hospitals/doctor surgeries and the prospect of having cancer surgically removed made me beyond anxious. However, the building was clean and spacious and the team made me feel calm, explained everything and talked to me about other things as it was happening. The doctor (Mr Mistry) was amazing - he saved me from having a skin graft and losing my hair. Now, if I were to ever get skin cancer again, I would ask to come here in a heartbeat.

Parking is free for 2 hours BUT you need to register your car on arrival at the reception. Apparently there are plenty of signs around the car park and as you walk into the reception area which I never noticed and have been issued with a parking fine.

Lovley and clean staff excellent, no long waiting times but add your car registration immediately on entering the building else you will get parking fine ,it's 2 hours free but you have to register with the office staff first

I attended an Ultrasound appointment on Fri 19 Jan and had a very good experience.
I would like to complement and really encourage the staff working that day. Both those I spoke with at Reception and the lady and gentleman in Ultrasound itself had an excellent ‘bedside’ manner with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
In addition, the latter explained things to me patiently and made me feel very much at ease throughout. Well done and a big THANK YOU to everyone concerned!
