Amazing quality of care! Before even getting to the reception, the lady behind there immediately got my mum a wheelchair as she noticed she could barely walk.

Jess, who treated my mum, was very kind and compassionate, and did everything in her power possible to help us come to a resolution, she deserves a pay rise ?❤️

Went to rochdale a&e last night with chest pains and the speed in which I was seen was brilliant. The tests I had came back all fine but as I was still in pain my Dr was not for discharging me his level of care was top tier. I didn't catch his name but hope the hospital sees this and give him this praise.

Visited the outpatients department today for a cystoscopy. The staff were great. As well as being professional they were friendly and reassuring which made a positive difference to a very nervous patient.

Apart from the wait time which was quite long, every other service was top notch and easily rated 5 star. The team was very professional and caring. I had a pleasant experience and received quality care. It was all worth the wait; thanks to the entire professional team, and especially to Dr. Lim

I'd say to anyone to use this hospital if possible, they were fantastic with my dad when he came in with chest pain, yes we had to wait a couple of hrs but nothing compared to the Oldham hospital where you wait 12-18 hrs and get poor quality service and the drs are shit and don't spend time with the patients to talk about symptoms etc and the nurses stand around talking and don't give two shits about patients

The team in the Pioneer Ward at Rochdale Infirmary are wonderful. I was transferred from Oldham Royal and was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the ward was and the professionalism, kindness and efficiency of the team shone through. Nurse Rintu was caring and professional, quickly signing me in/taking observations. Assistant, Allen, made me laugh hiding his biscuits from me (I was nil by mouth) and after my surgery, he brought me a sandwich, biscuits and a lovely cup of tea. Nurse Reena was kind and compassionate when I returned from theatre, making sure I was ok/comfortable, organised my referral to the district nurse and changed my wound dressings prior to leaving. Assistant, Jacky, was also lovely in escorting me to the car park twice. Thank you for looking after me. 5 Star team.
