Worst surgery in Nuneaton, family member has been hospitalised twice due to their lack of care, miss diagnosis, missing prescriptions, and some reception staff are not helpful with enquiries

Riversley Surgery is the best my family and I could wish for. Doctors are caring, patient and very knowledgeable. Lovely team, Receptionists are lovely and skilled and so what they do with a smile☺️. A great team!

I must say receptionists are an hit and miss. One day you may speak to the most lovely compassionate receptionist and the next day it’s as though that person is taking out all their life’s frustrations on you! Considering people only seek support from GPs during some of their most vulnerable times, I feel that especially receptionists should be even the more compassionate. Overall, this is a good surgery! Throughout 2021 when most GP surgeries were not seeing patients myself and newborn at the time were seen for all our health needs. Waiting on the phone for appointments can be annoying but iv rarely struggled for appointments when I have called between 8 and 9. The doctors too are great! All the ones iv seen have not pushed for
Medicating you till death but took time to talk through causes, symptoms and how to better manage them and recommended medication as last resort

The whole team at this surgery are absolutely fabulous and have been for many years!
I had a need to call yesterday for an urgent appointment as my Myasthenia Gravis was affecting me to the point of affecting my well-being.
By the end of the day they had contacted the Neurology team and I had a reply with what to do in the short term. Also a request for my neurology appointment to be expedited has been submitted.
The team at this surgery always give hope and follow through on promises.

The service has gone down the proverbial toilet pan. The experience was unpleasant and sterile. Receptionists are devoid of warmth, and the nurses are emotionless drones solely interested in meeting patient quotas. This surgery was good when the original duo of Thankey and Kachhia were active.

I recommend Dr. Henderson's surgery on Queens Road for a productive experience

New booking system and triage, plus follow up appointment was slick and efficient. Dr Menon was friendly and equally as efficient. Getting through on phone is not good but online approach improves things.
