This practice never seems to improve. Called today to try to make appointment for quite a serious chest infection. Despite hardly being able to speak, interrogated by someone who isn’t a GP and advised to call at 8am tomorrow. When it comes to vaccinations however I have been invited numerous times in the last month. This is because the practice gets paid to deliver this. Pity the same diligence isn’t afforded to people who are actually ill. Changing practice as my husband’s practice offered him an appointment half an hour after calling and prescribed the necessary drugs.

My wife who is registered at this practice had a minor stroke on 8/1/25 at home but she is terrified of going to this practice as last time she went she was given some tablets for high blood pressure that nearly killed her. To be honest you would be better off catching a flight to Accra and seeing a witchdoctor!

Took my mum here to have an injection in her back. She said the staff that oversaw the procedure were really friendly people that made her feel at ease with everything. Just be careful when coming to this surgery as the car park is a little on the small side, but I had no problems parking myself.

Totally unimpressed. 2 telephone consultations with emergency care nurse. Both times asked for photos. Ist GP diagnosed cellulitis 2nd GP diagnosed dry skin. Told of 2nd diagnosis by text from nurse. Given the difference of the 2nd diagnosis to the 1st I phoned to ask to speak to the nurse concerned; I was told the nurse was busy and if I disagreed with the 2nd diagnosis to phone 111 after the surgery was closed. So much for patient care!

Receptionist Jade.Very rude and aggressive, unmannered ,interrupting and do not listen what you say, do not want to listen about they mistakes they made with appointment. Actually not surprised, there is a lot of people like that work for nhs. SHAME !!!

Visited the surgery for injections and the receptionist was lovely and even made me a cup of tea which was above and beyond. The medical team doing the procedure and aftercare made me feel so relaxed and we had a good laugh. Excellent experience all round.

Just phoned this surgery about a ultra sound i had on my leg on the 8th of August and was told they had not received the results back yet. K telephoned the doctors i had the ultra sound done at and they said the results were sent to riverside the same day. How can they say they have not got them.

Terrible service - i went online to request a callback as my daughter was ill. Got an email to confirm and then waited ... I rang the next afternoon to chase it up as we had heard nothing. I was then told that the nurse had not called my daughter because the number given on line did not match the number on her record. no attempt made to call, email, or SMS to tell me this!!! i was then put on hold to "see what they could do" as apparently the nurse was now fully booked. Only to have my call then disconnected!!! when I eventually got back on to them they told me there was nothing they could do. It seems ridiculous on a few levels why give an option to put a number on the request form to then not attempt to use it, but to then make no attempt to contact via email or via parents details to inform you is shocking when your child is ill. not to mention that their staff should learn how to use their phones. I feel let down by this surgery.
