One item out of my prescription is still not available after 13 days. Its not as though its a one off, I've had the same meds for 15 years. The second time I visited to collect the item i was told that it has now been ordered (why not ordered when it was processed initially when there was no stock I dont know).On this, the third time of returning for the single item I was asked if I could ask the doctor for different medication. NO!!! It's the pharmacy's job to dispense what has been discussed with the doctor, not to question it to make your life easier!!!
Get your act together. Despite having a huge investment in the pharmacy, plus seemingly dozens of people working there, the service is appalling especially when we're talking about repeat meds. You, or your computer system if you use it correctly , should be used to forecast what stocks you need of regular medications so this problem can be avoided. Its a good job I manage my meds efficiently or I would be struggling without something I need after nearly 2 weeks of waiting!

Had to get my prescription from Riverside because Whittworths didn't have one thing on my prescription. Given what was on the prescription bar one item, given a 'To be collected slip' and told it would be in the next day by the Pharmacist himself. Gave them an extra day before travelling into Brigg to pick it up. Arrived and was told they don't even stock what was prescribed, told to go back to Dr's and explain that i needed another prescription. My issue is, I was given a Collection slip to pick if up and they don't even stock it , Why. Unnessary journey, waste of petrol.

I have given up with this pharmacy. They always have an excuse for not having a prescription ready. It’s either they can’t find it on the system or they haven’t got the prescription or they will have to order the products. My partner is still waiting for part of a prescription which was sent through electronically 2 weeks ago. Plenty of staff but need a manager to do a managers job. I have stopped all our prescription's from going there from now on

They are always so busy and the staff are under pressure all day. The ladies who work on the counter, helping people collect their medicine, are unfailingly cheerful even when their 'customers' are less than appreciative. Keep up the good work 🙂

So many times they cannot find the medication that they have made up for me. I do not understand how they can lose it so often. It's not just me often there are others waiting, either because their medication also can't be found or their prescription is missing

My prescription was delivered this afternoon very efficiently but I noticed one medication was missing. No problem, understand they are under a lot of stress at this time and decided to pop in to pharmacy and collect tomorrow.
6.30pm knock at door and the delivery driver brought my missing medication and apologised. That is true dedication to yourclients

What an incompetent dispensary! I was told to collect a prescription after 4 pm by the doctors, as it was urgent! So I gave them time, and arrived at 4.20 only to be told they had only just received it! ( the doctors had called told us at 12 noon or before)
So I waited and waited at 5pm I asked what was going on! Only to be asked and who are you! Unbelievable! Then it was, oh they didn’t know that you were waiting! What!!!! I was in view, after being told to wait!
Absolutely rubbish service and manners!!!
