I went to Suzanne for Reiki healing. First of all she was lovely, really welcoming and put me at ease. The reiki session was great and Suzanne gave me lots of feedback at the end of what she had picked up on and she was spot on!

She prepared me for the after effects and she was super on the money with that. Within 2 days I felt so much lighter emotionally and had some great breakthroughs in mental clarity and got over my procrastination.

I will be back for crystal healing next. Thank you so much Suzanne.

I have visited RNHC a few times for manual release therapy. The centre is welcoming and cosy, with its own car park (or numerous bus links, if travelling by public transport). James is an excellent therapist, a chilled guy and affable. The manual release therapy is excellent; whilst the work is deep, it is more gentle than usual physio/sports type massages. James's touch is also soothing and relaxing, as well as being thorough and methodical in his approach.

My feet keep swelling up and I’m in constant pain. I’m only 32 and I know it’s a bit too early to be dealing with problems like that. I booked my first ever lymphatic drainage with Suzanne. I can feel a significant improvement after just one hour. No doctor could tell me what’s wrong with my body and why it is happening.
Suzanne was very professional and knew what she was doing. I felt very relaxed and calm. I truly recommend Riverside Natural Health Centre. I will definitely be back!!
I also received some recommendations regarding herbs that could help me, all very professional.
