As a GP surgery goes doctors are fine. The receptionist however is so unpleasant that the thought of ringing them fills me with so much dread I’d rather just be unwell.

Dated facilities, dated processes, dated everything. Always incredibly unhelpful. Only lived in the area for a year and this is by far the worst GP practice I have ever experienced. Will he transferring to East Bergholt or Lawford.

I really appreciate this health centre.
The reception staff are always helpful and polite and the nurses and doctors take the time to listen as well as offer advice. Calling at 8am and finding there are no appointments left can be frustrating, but this has rarely happened to me. In the vast majority of cases I have been able to get an appointment on the day to see a doctor, or to get a call back. And you can book appointments a couple of weeks in advance too. Having the dispensary on site is also a bonus.

I think the way some of the public treat the staff here is partly the issue. I have seen
some rude entitled people act quite rude. I have found that in my experience they are working to rules not of their choosing. I have found Coral to be most helpful. As with most people treat people how you would like to be treated is a start.

OK once you can be seen. One Dr. Leaves a lot to be desired. Sadly the 8AM booking system is still in place. With all the new building and elderly in this area we vitally need an additional surgery.

Disgusting experience with Tracey the receptionist. Just called to ask if they are taking new patients, she relunctantly said yes. Tried to give more information and she hung up on me mid sentence. Going on the previous reviews, I think you need some new staff. Delightful woman.
Spoke to another nearby drs who were wonderful, more than happy to help and offer extra information I required.

All staff here need to learn to respect their clients. It would be nice if people came in and felt cared for and valued. Amazed that you have the audacity to put signs demanding respect to staff and then offer none. We get your over worked but that isn't the fault of your patients.
