If I could give you minus I would. I've been with you 12 weeks maybe a bit longer I have spoken to the doctor twice over the phone the second time he spoke to me like dirt absolutely shocked me I have asked for a face to face multiple times as I believe that a doctor cannot determine whether you are unwell over the phone and have been told no I have to be invited. This surgery was recommended as you don't have many patients and because of my health needs that they would be met here guess what NO they haven't and now i understand why they dont have many patients I have been left with no insulin and when I asked for a prescription to get it from elsewhere I have not been given 1. The doctor hasn't read my notes because if he had he would know that I have menopausal debilitating symptoms that make me high risk no instead when I asked to be referred to a menopause clinic to continue my treatment he got the mental health team to call me. MENOPAUSE IS NOT A MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEM IT IS A PHYSICAL PROBLEM and a practising doctor should know that. I feel sorry for any woman going through what I'm going through if they are a patient here to get any help you won't get it. I have now had to change my doctors hoping that they are better than this surgery. To say I am mortified is an understatement I am horrified and I actually wander how many more under there care are at risk. I didn't read the reviews for the surgery but wish I had my anxiety is through the roof. All I can say to you people that are thinking about going to this surgery is DON'T please don't. Goodbye and good riddance to a totally useless surgery. They have not met any of my health needs. Receptionists were pretty good though I will say that.

If only 0 stars was an option? this practice is the worst and seriously needs to get shut down. Long waiting times and also dont give appts when needed. I wrote an email several times to complain and completely got ignored and also didn’t provide me with all my data that they hold under the data legislation. They also lied and said their calls are apparently not recorded😂 im still going ahead with my complaint regardless and this time it will be to higher authority

Awful service, horrendous phone wait times and in person, have had quite a few appointments over the last few months and I've had to wait between 20-50 minutes past my appointment time, every time. Had a referral placed with riverside and they weren't providing all the information I had given them/refered me to the wrong place so it got bounced back twice. Now I moved practices and was told the referral would move over but has been cancelled!! Having to be re referred has put me back a few months now

The worst gp practice ever. They do not care about patients. U can't get a repeated prescription ,they are not picking the phone up waiting time 1 hour after you are nr1 in the queue. Empty practice but waiting 45 min.to get in.

I don't even want to give 1 star. Took me 19 minutes to get through to the surgery, considering I was no 3 in the queue. I ordered my prescription via an NHS app last week on Thursday and even called them to make sure they received the request. Today on Tuesday my prescription still has not been sent to the pharmacy and no valid reason given for this lack of consideration.
This surgery is run by incompetent management and this surgery is not fit for purpose. They made too many mistakes with me as far as I am concerned, took them months to realise I need a certain medicine.
They should be audited by relevant authorities and all the feedback from the patients should be taken into consideration.
Look at the reviews from other patients. This surgery is a joke.
This surgery should be shut down now. New doctors and staff must be brought on board. I've been with this surgery for a very long time and I'm so disappointed how its run by the current Doctors and their team.

Avoid at all costs, such bad service, never any appointments and so unprofessional.
The staff are so rude and talk down on you.
You will be on hold for hours before anyone answers.

I've been 1st in the queue on the phone for over an hour... they picked up finally and when I started talking, they hung up on me. I had to ring back and got put on the back of the queue, have been waiting for over 40 minutes already and for the past 40 minutes I have been 6th in the queue. Haven't even moved one spot in that time.

Dr Nadeem two months ago prescribed me medication that was no longer in production, when I rang complaining, they simply prescribed me new medication without doing any check on me.
The same doctor few years back was treating my younger brother for allergy, it kept getting worse but she would constantly say its allergy. We ended up finally seeing another doctor in the same practice, turns out my brother had severe infection and almost lost his hearing as it started spreading everywhere.
She is often very rude, makes you feel anxious when you have to go to her for an appointment. I feel relieved when I see that it is a different doctor. When last year I've asked if my main doctor could be someone else from the practice, they have said no and that "she is the best doctor we have"

I've been at this surgery for 18 years and the change in customer service, staff and maintenance has slipped overtime. I am understanding that government funding is required to keep these places up and running, plus due to the pandemic and other economic crises have effected the performance of this surgery. I still have to say that it's really bad right now. I can remember when the former Doctors were here (I won't mention names due to confidentiality) the doctors before 2013 were really good in my opinion. As for the customer service at the desk. As much the experience of being a patient too.

Now it's more different but not in a good way. The place is still clean which is really important especially after coming out of a pandemic. Appointments only last about 5 minutes, max 7 and can only talk about the main issue such as if you have a bad back they will only treat the first thing that comes out of your mouth as the most important issue anything after that it's classed as minor issues. Impossible to get an appointment, have to wait on month's end to get one, at this point you just don't bother going in because you'll have to wait for a long time, in that time your condition might get worse or even get better if you look after yourself. But still I recommend seeing your GP.

Sometimes, the GP practioners can start becoming condescending. I experienced that with a specific Dr with my mum when I took her in to checked out, sometimes the most surprising things come out of their mouths that just shocks you. I have had foul experiences and encounters with one receptionist in the past other than that, most of them are okay.

That's me done with my two cents on this matter, if you do want join this surgery or any other surgery out there please do your research and see patient reviews not all of them are false many are true.

Take care of yourselves 👍
