Today I phoned to the Clinic and the receptionist was absolutely unprofessional, rude, was raising her voice at me. I even couldn’t listen to the end what she was saying to me, I just hang up on her. It’s absolutely disgusting and not acceptable to treat people like that. They should be helpful, patient and not just giving their attitude like they just want to get rid of you. If I would be a manager, that one, who was on the phone with me today, would be sucked immediately!!!!
On another hand - what am I expecting from NHS service really!!!!!!!!

My 19 year old daughter is home from Uni (registered at her Uni city with GP) and her old GP doesn't want to see her...so for the problem she has, I suggested this place. She was made to feel stupid for coming there and was not offered an alternative health care solution....that's absolutely shocking and very disappointing. Very bad service and treatment of a young patient.

I've been to the clinic several times over the last years and I've only had great experience with the team from Riverside clinic. Everybody - receptionists, nurses and doctors were very friendly, helpful and professional. I never had to wait long neither. Recently I had a couple of appointments with nurse Hannah and she's been an absolute star and went above and beyond! Thanks a lot for your whole team! 😊

Terrible service. I went for my appointment 20 mins late and they refused to see me after I have travelled all the way from Maidstone. How many times we wait for hours at hospital to see doctors & nurses. The receptionist even lied to me that they close at 15:00, which is not true. I am myself a nurse, I wouldn’t treat my patients this way. Very poor service.

I had a check up with nurse Suzanne today which is Monday morning (15th May) and she went beyond my expectation as she took her time to understand my concerns, made me feel comfortable and relaxed & I left the hospital with peace of mind that everything had been checked. Her service was 5 STARS . The only reason I’m giving 4 star is due to the lack of parking which is one in one out.

Difficult to get through on the phone and the receptionist can be quite abrasive, although this is clearly unintentional as she is polite in person. Once an appointment is actually booked it is easy enough, but would be simpler not to have the telephone triage system when all I need is to book a test as I am unable to use the home testing kits.

Absolutely shocking. Phoned up and was told I needed a triage over the phone appointment, fair enough. Was told to be called on Friday, so waited all day. Waited all day Monday. Got to Tuesday no phone call, until the evening while I was working. 2 hours between each call and not an option to phone back!! Thank god its not an emergency otherwise I don't know what my outcome would be. Receptionist was rude, uncaring. It's supposed to be my local clinic, but it's so unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
