Arrived at 1620 to find a queue of approx 40 people. Had 4th booster and on way home by 1640. There were six people giving injections and the system they operate worked very very efficiently. Polite and helpful people running the centre, very well organized.

Yesterday I went for my Covid booster vaccination, I was greet in the car park by friendly people and went into the building. I was asked by the gentleman inside to read a notice and tell him whether I had any of the things on it. I told him I had recently had pulmonary emboli and was now an anticoagulants. He told me to tell the nurse inside. I was shown to a room where there was a nurse and a lady behind a screen. There was also a notice on the screen with several medications on it one of them being the one I take. I began to tell the nurse about the medication as I was told to and she rudely replied "we talk first!"
She asked me for the card with my other vaccinations recorded on it, I looked into my purse and began to look for it, she immediately snapped " I can see it" and then snatched it out of my hand.
I felt like I was being treated like a child, I am neither old nor a child and didn't appreciate the attitude she had towards me.
I had to travel to the appointment as the NHS couldn't give me one in my own town and this treatment has made me very reluctant to have any more vaccinations.

Every experience here has been pretty awful. Currently sat waiting in the usual 30 minute delay. I am expecting it to be longer. Calling takes at least 50 tries before successful in the morning but hey, you can always book online. Oh wait, their system can lose your appointment. I've been here twice today! Staff are rude, also. The two stars are for the one time I had an excellent outcome from a visiting GP!

Never been keen on this surgery as more often than not are dissatisfied with service provided. Often make mistakes on prescription orders. Will not give multiple prescriptions to save patient money. Nearly impossible to pre book appointments and calling in the morning after 8 is mind numbingly boring as just the answer phone message takes 3 minutes before you find out what number you need to press. One particular receptionist makes it her mission to be unhelpful, patronising and infuriating. Sadly unable to choose which doctor surgery you are registered to as its done on catchment area. One plus for this surgery is Dr England, she is wonderful.

For the second time in recent weeks, today Riverbank Medical Centre in Worle proved their dedication to providing the best service they can in internationally exceptional circumstances when I went for my second Covid jab. My bus was a bit late, hence I was late in arriving for my appointment - sadly I couldn't get through on the phone to forewarn them. (I didn't want to hack anyone off by disrupting routine and being late - the NHS is already under immense pressure}.

My sensitivity proved unfounded as having checked in and explained my lateness, I was greeted with a warm, welcoming smile by the lady sat at Reception. It turned out the doctor I was due to see had just gone for a break ... I'm sure it was very well deserved (after all doctors and nurses are human beings too).

I couldn't fail to be humbled and grateful when moments after I arrived late, the doctor came to administer my second jab ... both he and his support were patient, friendly and kind ... I don't quite know how they managed it after the almost ceaseless pressure they must've been under since even the years before pandemic arrived.

Another big plus to me was how again the weather for my second visit was bright, pleasant and warm (could it be the Medical Centre or the NHS organised that too?) So today it's another 5 stars and another Fast, Effective, Flawless for the team at Riverbank Medical Centre in Worle. The NHS Still Rocks. THANK YOU.

Super efficiency without any sense of people being put under pressure. Very helpful staff inside and out, no waiting and no circling around looking for parking. Altogether a relaxed, warm and friendly atmosphere.
