They make the effort to make sure checks are completed thoroughly and prescribe medication as needed. They really are the best here, I'm very happy and grateful of the level of care I have received here over the years

Thank you, Dr R Mendelsohn, for your exceptional care and expertise in diagnosing my illness and for your dedication to following up with patients. However, I would like to highlight an area for improvement regarding customer service. Some of the reception staff over the phone are not very helpful and tend to argue with patients, particularly one staff member with a similar name to Sonia. Improving this aspect would greatly enhance the overall experience at the surgery. Thank you again for your excellent medical care.

Wonderful service. Rang at 8.30 and had a face to face appointment with Dr Mendelsohn at 10.10. He spent time with me and could not have been more helpful.

First visit here and a wonderful experience it was too, all staff were superb and professional. The centre was extremely clean and tidy and easy to get around. My treatment was excellent with both Dr and nurse friendly and respectful.

Riverbrook has always been pleasant and really listened to concerns of patients to get to the root cause of an issue. My only issue is that no matter how quickly I try to call, how often I try to call, I can never get through. My appointment today was cancelled and I was told to call to rearrange, I've called all morning with no response. I've tried calling just recently and the phone lines are now closed. Booking an appointment is near impossible and the only concrete solution is to head down there as soon as they open. This isn't always an option.
The last time I mentioned to the receptionist that I tried calling and couldn't get through, I could see it was something that bothered her and has been a reoccurring problem. "Well it's busy and the lines are ringing off the hook", without being rude, the reception area was silent and no one was even touching a phone (let alone were they ringing). If calling and booking an appointment was an actual possibility, it would make visiting the GP much easier especially as someone who avoids going DUE to how complicated it is to get an appointment.
