Had a bad infection started with the wisdom tooth and spread to my ear and throat was in agony

Doctor said to stop wasting his time and find a dentist which I can't because of covid but he argued with Me, refusing me medication even when 111 said I needed antibiotics urgently from the doctor, doctor was so rude and said to never ring him again and then put phone down on me, worst doctor I've ever had. Definitely finding a new one now.

I really dont understand the low ratings.. if you actually read the reviews it seems like people think they know best when at the end of the day the staff here are medical professionals, we are not.

The nurse i usually see is really nice but for the reception i think they need to hire new people as theyre really disrespectal and arrogant and wont even let me complain to the manager im so glad im leaving this doctors and i think everyone else should to absolutly disgrace how you treat some patients especually knowing that they have a mental illness to

If I could of given 0 stars I would I’ve been waiting all day for a consultation over the phone that I missed yesterday to my own fault I was told the doctor would call me today and didn’t, when I got in touch with the practice and it’s manager she turned round and said that I shouldn’t of been in the gym and swimming knowing the doctors was going to call me I missed my call by about 30secs- 1 minute and proceeded to raise her voice and shout and abuse me I wouldn’t use this doctors if you’re reading this
