Dana small groups have given me a great way to combine the support of a pt for the price of a group class. The other ladies in my group are super supportive and Dana is great in providing variation for tasks as needed and variety to keep the sessions enjoyable, the session flies by! The doms doesn’t!! I found Dana through the Athelete Factory Instagram page and sent her a message, to which she replied almost instantly and had me booked in before I knew it! On arrival, Dana was super friendly and put me at ease. I didn't know what I wanted out of the session as I was just generally stressed and felt tight, but Dana did a full consultation using the form I filled out, and my massage was excellent!! Would highly recommend 👌

I started working with Dana at the beginning of the year for nutritional advice. All of the advice has been very easy to follow. The changes Dana has advised me to make have been small and easy to fit into my daily nutrition but they have resulted in big changes in my composition.

Honestly Dana is absolutely amazing. She knows what she is talking about and really helps you learn the techniques and is great at showing and explaining you how to do them all.
Dana has a vast knowledge of workout techniques, the equipment and getting fit and healthy.she is a fab PT.
Dana makes your workout fun and you never feel judged or embarrassed which is key when you're already self conscious.
Dana makes you do a good workout which is what is needed. The environment in the gym is lovely and you really do get your strength up and overall health improves after the first session. It's amazing.
Dana is such a beautiful person inside and out and a pleasure to have as a PT. Id highly recommend Dana as a PT/coach to everyone and give her 11/10. She's fantastic.

Dana is a great PT. She understands the fear some of us have in gyms, particularly relating to strength training with weights and using gym equipment. We have had so much fun in small group training without the feeling of being in competition with each other or feeling intimidated. We work hard but we also have a laugh and always have a chat over coffee afterwards !
