If you are looking into care giving then first stop should be Right at Home South Trafford.
Management are very transparent and caring towards its staff. They offer good comprehensive training package along side well being meetings to make sure you are also doing ok, needs training etc.
My only regret is that I couldnt stay longer with Right at Home, only leaving to my own personel circumstances. I can never thank them enough.

Right at Home have provided exceptional care for my mother who was sent home from hospital on palliative care last year. Each and every one of the carers who have been involved with my mother's ongoing care have been wonderful. They are all caring, kind, competent, knowledgeable, mature, and they have all ensured that a long, and sometimes difficult process, has been made much easier by their collective actions.

We have been confident that our mother has been in extremely good hands during any family absences, and they have offered her not just practical help, such as washing, eating, cleaning, but also they have been lovely in looking after her dog, and also her mental wellbeing. We cannot recommend Right at Home enough, and all the wonderful carers who work there.

If you are looking for an organisation to care kindly, and compassionately for your loved one then Right at Home are definitely worth considering, we have had an exceptional experience with each and every one of their staff, both on the care and administrative side.

My family has used Right at Home to provide live in care for my mum for the past five months and we are very happy with the care received. The agency has been very professional in all aspects of organising the care package which is complex and reflects a high level of need. There has been excellent liaison between the management and our family and any problems which have arisen have been quickly sorted out, through discussion and good communication. It has been useful to read carer's file and the clear recordings provide a good overview of the day to day care provided. The agency has always been understanding and flexible and the carers have been Competent and caring, which has meant that we have had no concerns about Mums care and believe that we have made the right choice in selecting Right at Home.

Right at home have cared for my Mum since she had a stroke in 2021 At first we had 3 visits a day and then as the carers helped her gain independence this reduced to less visits and in recent months leaving up to her passing RAH provided live in care for 7 weeks All carers we have had were exceptionally good and are professional and caring The agency are very family friendly and flexible and I cannot recommend them more highly The owner Mark is very engaged and helpful and went out of his way to find us a full time carer for mum to enable her to remain at home in her final weeks.
