I have worked for Right at Home Nottingham North for over 2 years. The owner and Manager are the best to work for, and my colleagues are fantastic. We all take pride in caring with a personal touch as well as on a professional level, going the extra mile when needed to ensure the well being of our clients. I genuinely recommend Nottingham North as a great company to work for, and in which to entrust the care of loved ones.

I should start by saying that they are better than the last carers. However, unfortunately many issues have been raised over many months. Which include monitoring food dates, times, communication and 1 medication etc... I have discussed my concerns on many occasions along with meetings, texts, photos and offered camera evidence if required. Also it is not easy getting hold of anyone in the out of office. I finally got a response, but it wasn't quite what I had hoped. Not good. I wish I could have given a better reveiw. 3 at best. The start of the new year 2025 and still issues are being located with out of date food, poor communication, etc. How many chances does a company need. 23/1/25. Things still not improving as I would have hoped and I have place my reveiw on Trust pilot. The system is not working.
