Over the 18 months we used their services we found Right at Home in Weston to be helpful & supportive of our Mum. They went above & beyond on many occasions, particularly when she became difficult on the lead up to her having to be admitted in to a Nursing Home.
If i had to picky, the cleaning that should have been done as part of the package, lacked somewhat, & I would say some of the younger, less experienced staff members were sometimes a little over zealous calling ambulances & not reading clear instructions to call family first. The knock ons from this affected many people. On occasions some would often sit about on their phones to kill time rather than interact with Mum, or clean. Mostly we were very happy with the services provided, & a big thank you to Caroline & some of the other girls, whose names I forget, who bonded with Mum.

The care team at Right at Home have been looking after mum since November 2019 and have been fantastic. Following a long stay in hospital and with progressing dementia mum needed care for the first time which was daunting at first but The care mum has received from a small and wonderful team of kind and dedicated carers has made a huge difference and has meant she is happy and settled .The carers go out of their way to make her sure she is happy and mum says they are all her friends . The support team in the office are great and always on hand to help . I would highly recommend
