Working at Right At Home has been the best experience, I have been with the company for almost 5 months now.
What I loved from the word go is being trained by the owner, as it showed how passionate and driven he is about providing quality care to clients and training to the caregivers.
Our clients are the most caring ,fun and friendly service users and no dull moment with them, as they are all individually unique,
you get to learn different cultures and personalities which make it easier to work with.
When it comes to management, so far so good no complaints as of yet as they are a phone call away when you need them.
I would recommend a friend to join right at home Loughborough.
As Caregiver, we are never rushed into performing duties we are not yet ready for, as we are given good training so as to provide quality care to clients.
My fellow colleagues are fantastic and when I was shadowing I learnt a lot and I loved the patience they had when you had a lot of questions to ask based on the clients and the company itself. Great team to work with.
There are chances of career progression.
Being part of Right At Home has been the best experience ever and I have been trained to excell and I pride myself in the services I offer to the clients and having great feedback from families makes you want to do more.

Having worked across a variety of roles, I was employed at Right at home as a Caregiver. My biggest reward of this role was feeling as if 'I was not at work' due to the time given to each call time, never being rushed and appreciated by both clients and other colleagues. I then progressed through a senior position and to Care-Co-ordonator. I was well supported throughout this transition and still feel supported today. Caregivers take pride in providing high quality care and supporting clients to maintain their independence which is highly valued.

At the ripe old age of 60 and being in the care sector for many years I have found working at Right at Home Loughborough a breath of fresh air. Management give full support to all staff if they need it, going above and beyond to ensure that the caregivers are not rushed and have time for the clients and are happy with their work and also their workload.
All of the caregivers are highly trained and all actually care for their clients, there is no 'them and us' and the office is always open and welcoming for a cuppa and a chat I personally hope to stay working at Right at Home Loughborough for many years to come.

Excellent leadership by David Newcombe. He is highly approachable and understanding. Amazing management team too. Always giving listening ears to all caregivers. Working here is a great privilege. The management provides quality service to Client. Adequate training is given to staff from time to time in other to provide top notch services to Client.

I am a care provider with Right at Home, and I have worked within the company for just over a year. I came to the company at age fifty (February 2022) with little experience of care work, however I was welcomed warmly and provided with the necessary training to feel confident in my role as a care giver. During this time, I have worked with the most wonderful clients and staff members; the encouragement of Right at Home management has also enabled me to support the development of other care-providers.
