I'm extremely impressed with Right at Home Enfield. As an NHS employee myself, I expect certain standard. Their professional and caring approach stands out. They come across as genuine care providers with all the policies in place and practised. I always can reach them on call or mail as I want, a rare thing I experience these days.

Rahen looked after my father (96) for almost a year. We found this agency when he had been admitted to hospital and was then going to need full time care. The agency were fantastic from our first rather anxious enquiry until his death at the age of 97. The carers and staff were all caring, warm and professional and made an anxious time as smooth as it could be. Dad was able to spend his last months in his own home, as he wished, cared for by exemplary professionals with family and friends around him. Thoroughly recommend.

Prepare to be amazed. First class, genuine, professional and caring. Having worked as a manager for the London Ambulance Service for many years I know a thing about carers, clinicians and healthcare providers. I chose Right at Home Enfield for my old girl based on their reviews and here I am leaving my own review. I cant say they are better than the others as I have not tried the others. What I can say is if you use Right at Home Enfield, you wont need to try the others. They really are that good.

This family run company cater to our every need. They are kind, caring & nothing is too much trouble. The care they provide is excellent and they constantly update us on our relatives visits and condition, providing helpful suggestions when required about how we can make improvements. The process to set up the visits was very thorough and professional, with every aspect of our relatives care needs being discussed and accounted for. The manager and assistant manager came to visit our relative prior to the care visits starting, a lovely personal touch I felt. Each care assistant was introduced to our relative and shown around the property prior to their first shift. This ensured our relative knew who they were prior to them coming on the first day, which is an excellent process as it put our relative at ease. We have always been told that should any extra visits be needed, for doctors appointment, shopping or whilst we are on holiday etc, that this would be accommodated to the best of their ability, staff numbers depending. I can not speak highly enough of this company. I am more than happy with the care the company are providing and the assistance they are giving our relative, who says herself how wonderful the ladies are and how much she enjoys their company and how helpful she finds them....and from someone who originally said she didn’t want anyone coming into her house, there couldn’t be a higher complement!

After calling around a few care agencies for some information regarding arranging home care for my grandmother, we were left confused, unclear and didn't get anywhere really. Right at Home were amazing right from the initial call and the gentleman I spoke to seemed very caring and helpful. I have spoken to a few members of their team and every member of staff has been excellent in my dealings with them. Highly recommend this company.
