The fabulous Right at Home team have been providing excellent care to my fiercely independent but increasingly frail mother since October 2023. It was a big decision for her to accept she needed help, which the carers acknowledge and they go out of their way to ensure she retains as much autonomy and independence as she can. I know she really values their kind, practical approach to supporting her and that they have a set time to visit her. My mum’s brain is still sharp and she enjoys having a chat and catch up with the carers- the benefits of this daily social interaction are evident to our family. I have found the carers really helpful e.g. they got mum ready a bit early to ensure we got to a hospital appointment on time. I spoke to a number of potential providers and I am very pleased with my decision to use Right at Home.

I've been using Right At Home since last August when it suddenly became urgent for my mum to receive home care. They were very helpful and caring from the get go and continue to be so. Mums needs keep changing as her dementia declines and the carers are always ready to adapt and assist in keeping her needs top priority. Many times they have gone above and beyond, it really gives me peace of mind. Mum enjoys their visits and the carers really do want to give her the best care they can.

I'd like to strongly recommend Right at Home (Borehamwood & Watford) as a caring, helpful and extremely competent company. The staff hold to excellent standards and I have had healthcare professionals comment on how impressed they are after seeing them in action.
They have kept my father independent, helped him learn new skills, and to keep up old skills and activities. Dad is much happier and much of this is due to the focus on companionship care that really preserves Dad's dignity and makes it easy for him to both respond well to prompts and to ask for assistance when needed.

Right at Home provided care for my elderly mum after it became clear she could no longer cope without assistance in her everyday living. The team were great and such a support to my family and looked after mum in a genuinely caring and dignified manner. I was very worried initially that care at home may not be the correct solution to my mums needs but with such a supportive and friendly team it soon became evident that things would all work out for the best. Having Right at Homes carers coming in twice a day was a great support to my mum and allowed her to stay in her own home when we thought she may not be able to. I would thoroughly recomend their service to anyone who has an elderly relative that needs that bit of everyday support. They were so good ensuring mums medication was taken at the correct times and helping around the house with general washing and tidying when needed, along with keeping a close eye on mums general health and happiness. A five star all round service.

We've been very impressed by the excellent service we've had from Right at Home. My father lives a long way from us and a recent change in his care requirements, coupled with the snowy weather meant that we were having problems making sure he was looked after well. The team at Right at Home stepped up to the challenge and managed to put a care package in place at very short notice. They definitely went above and beyond what was required to make us feel that he was in safe hands.

They've kept us well-informed with frequent calls and email updates so we know how things are going and I'd certainly have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home based on our experiences so far.

I am a customer of Right at home B/w and have been since they first started last year. i have previously had experience with a number of other companies and can quite honestly say that none of them could hold a candle to the brilliant service that ive had from Jenny and her team. Jenny has worked really hard trying to be a caregiver who really cares and she has acheived this and has instilled the same values in her team of carers. I can honestly say they are great !!
